If you are looking for a highly reliable builder, you must ask Sapia Builders. We have completed three major renovations (one in Essex and two in Old Lyme) each antique homes that were very complicated. Sapia Builders Corp. handled each project with great care and attention to detail. True craftsman still exist in one stop solution.

I have worked with Nick Sapia on a number of projects all of which have turned out extremely well. His focus and interest in each project made for a very smooth and enjoyable building process. Beyond his ability as a superb and first class builder he is exceptionally good at thinking ahead of the building process and offsetting any potential issues. Added to this is his ease and ability to discuss and communicate any thoughts, ideas, and concerns that can effect or will improve the finished product. As an architect I really enjoy working with Nick and look forward to doing so again.

I work at Master Tile LLC in Old Saybrook and I have been working with Nick on many projects. He has attention to detail and is good at communicating with clients and with Master Tile LLC. His clients are always happy with the work he puts into their projects. I like working with this company because the end result is always excellence.

We hired Sapia Builders to remodel portions of a home we had recently purchased. He reconfigured some bedrooms, added a new master bath, and modified the kitchen and living room for us. He had valuable input and advice when we were designing the spaces and we found his work to be very high quality but fairly priced. Lastly, his employees and subcontractors were friendly, polite and professional. We could not be happier with the outcome and experience.

We would like to take this opportunity to write a review about our builder Nick Sapia of Sapia Builders. When we approached Nick about building a 1,500 sq ft addition last year along side of our existing house we weren't sure what to expect, but the plans we provided were revamped by Nick to be an excellent design. We could not be happier with the end result. Nick takes the time to insure that every detail of the construction comes out right. We would definitely recommend Nick for any and all projects. He and his crew have the experience to do the job right the first time, and are very easy to work with. He was always available to meet with us and answer any questions we might have. We found him to be very professional, honest and trustworthy.

I have only the highest regard for Nick Sapia and his team. We worked on a recent renovation project together and his work was on time, done to perfection and with the utmost good nature and professionalism. The next time I need a builder to execute my design ideas, Sapia will be my first choice.

We hired Sapia Corp for our kitchen renovation. We were immediately impressed with the professionalism they exhibited and the detailed estimate they provided. Much to our surprise, they said they could complete the work within 2 weeks. During this time they worked closely with the suppliers to ensure that they had the components as needed. The work included demo, installation of new floors, cabinets countertops and appliances...and yes, it was completed in 2 weeks. They are highly recommended.

Sapia Builders provided excellent and timely service for new projects such as building a new garage and installing a master bath, or for repairs such as a new roof after storm damage. Sapia Builders brings quality workmanship and quality subcontracting. Sapia Builders also provides careful and detailed attention to budget concerns on an ongoing basis. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and kind, and kept the projects clean. I would highly recommend Sapia a Builders for any project, large or small.

We have had a more-than 30-year business relationship with Sapia Builders and their attention to detail continues to impress us. Their quality of workmanship is extraordinary. We have done so many projects with them including: additions, installing coffered ceilings, building new residences, remodeling rooms and new bathrooms and kitchens and Sapia Builders has never failed to deliver outstanding work and in a timely fashion. The approximate Project Date below is for the latest project.
