I renovated my BTO 4-room flat last year with them. They are very patient and customer oriented. And their after reno service is also very good. Most important is within our budget, they gave us our dream house with very high quality ; -) We have spend a lot of time to search ID firms and go through every ID we attached, explaining to every ID and telling them what we need & getting quotes with them. The service of SpaceArt is the most satisfying. Their quotation is quite clear, every item & price. The designer is very friendly and patient to explain every item he quoted inside the quotation. He also showed us the materials he quoted inside the quotation. Once we confirmed the contract with them. Within 3 days, we received the work schedule and our 3d drawing. We amended for the drawing until we think the drawing is perfect for us. After work starting, We are like carefree. They updated us the progressing of renovation work often, tiling works, ceiling works, carpentry works all have been done up perfectly. Very satisfied with their work!
