What a talent! Judy took my blank canvas new house to a comfortable relaxing home. Her skills with selecting a color palette that worked for mewas outstanding. She made great suggestions regarding wall covering room setup and colors that gave my home a distinctive designs. She made me think outside the box by spenting time with me to determine my taste and interests and it is apparent throughout my home.

We were referred to Judy through a friend who had such a great experience with her. I honestly don't know what we would have done without Judy! She took our vision and made it a reality, something we could never have done on our own! Judy also helped guide us through the research in our purchases as well as helping us to select a reputable and fair contractor. Judy saved us time, money, and a lot of headaches! After our remodel, Judy helped us to redecorate our home and put great thought, purpose, and meaning into each piece she found for us. She is flexible, reliable, timely, and a lot of fun to be with too! I highly recommend Judy for any project you are seeking to do. Without a doubt, we will work with her again on future projects.

We had the pleasure of working with Judy for approximately six months last year redesigning several rooms in our home. We trusted her vision and were blown away with the end result. She pushed us out of our comfort zone and we are happy she did because we have so many beautiful rooms to showcase. She coordinated every detail from picking out paint colors, furniture, art work, to the smallest details all of which we were very pleased with. Spaces by Judy helped me transform my 80's kitchen and dining room into the most beautiful and updated living space. Judy has the uncanny ability to chose just the right colors, accessories and how best to renovate an existing space into a functional and gorgeous room. Judy can walk into your room and visualize things you could never imagine. For example, a simple move of a china cabinet to the opposite wall opened up the dining room and gave me a feature wall i am so proud of. A simple no cost change that transformed the room entirely. She is conscious of your budget and tastes. She helped me find a buffet server in a consignment shop that will be repurposed for a fraction of the cost of a new one. She insists on finding the right contractor for the job. From a simple change of finding the right light fixture to completely re-doing a basement into a new family room, she has the talent and passion to help make your house a home. One thing that I was really impressed with is that right after I started my project I had knee surgery gone bad. There was no way I could withstand the long aisles of Lowes or going from store to store. Judy went out, found samples and brought them to me!!! She goes above and beyond in so many ways.

Judy was hired to redecorate our dining room and living room. Currently she is working on our kitchen. I love her ideas! She has taken away all the drudgery work - the research, finding options and even shopping around contractors who are reputable and economical. She brought in a team of skilled contractors to paint and refinish our areas. She purchased furnishings artwork, lamps and flooring on our behalf as well. She sat down with us and offered numerous options. While we didn't get it done as quickly as we wanted I take the blame - we took too long making decisions. I am certain that had we stayed on track, Judy would have completed the project in the timeframe she promised. I've seen other projects of hers done so quickly you would think it was an episode of HGTV!

Redesign of the foyer, living room and dining room space and remodel of the kitchen. The redesign included choosing paint, wall paper , some pieces of furniture, window treatments, lighting fixtures and accent pieces and artwork. Also the reupholstering of a faimly heirloom chair. Ms. Thomas hired the workers to do the painting and papering and scheduled them and was very involved while the work was going on. In the kitchen, we had a microwave installed over the range, new countertops , sinks and faucets, removed wallpaper and had the kitchen painted and installed some new cabinetry - also a subway tile designed backsplash. Ms. Thomas very extremely mindful of my need for storeage and designed a built in desk for our home computer with a cabinet above it. Judy Thomas definiately has an eye for color, design and staging, and she has connections in the painting, papering, upholstery and electrical work areas. I was extremely comfortable with the people that she hired to work in my house. We were thrilled with the final result and Judy was a delight to work with - extremely professional. I would highly recommend her.
