Bob and his team recently removed our old pressure-treated wood deck and installed a composite outdoor deck and railing system. This is our third job using Spagnolo Homes, and each time the project was completed on schedule, at the budgeted cost and the results exceeded our expectations. We have never called another contractor and do not plan to for any of our future home projects. Spagnolo Homes is an excellent contractor. They have done two projects in our home, several years apart. One was a complete replacement of a large walk-in cedar closet in our basement, which needed to be rebuilt after a devastating flood. The second project was the replacement of wooden deck railing, posts and trim with more weather resistant products. Bob Spagnolo is easy to work with. He is friendly, professional, and plans your project carefully. He is experienced with projects from repairs to remodels to new construction. Bob provided us with options for design and materials for our projects, and he shared samples with us when choices needed to be made. He and his crew are great at project execution too. Our jobs were delivered on time and on budget, and he makes sure that you are satisfied with the work product. We were delighted with ours. I give Bob Spagnolo and his team my highest recommendation.

We recently had Spagnolo Homes add some living space in the basement of our Condo. This is not the first time we’ve had Bob Spagnolo provide quality renovation work for us. He had previously performed a major renovation to our home in East Greenwich as well as a kitchen remodel. We were very happy with the quality of work performed and the attention to details that Bob always provides us. The same is true of this recent basement remodel. Bob and his crew provided us with a schedule to perform and complete work as he had done previously on all our projects. I recently hired Spagnolo Homes to build a second floor deck on my home. During my initial call, I immediately picked up on Bob’s attention to detail based on the questions he was asking me and his great insight on my project. We then had a very detailed discussion of the project to ensure that we were on the same page during the quoting process (No Surprises). During the project, Bob continually gave me updates and requested my inputs/agreements along the way. Bob’s professionalism, communication and passion for getting it right the first time were great attributes for a successful project. Also, Bob’s team was a direct reflection of his professionalism and work ethic. The project, even during these Covid times, was a great success and I am very happy with the finished product. Bob Spagnolo just helped us remodel our kitchen as we prepare to put our house on the market. Bob and his team of skilled technicians provided us with a brand new kitchen that will definitely be a big part or our ability to sell our home. Professional, on schedule, clean and all done while complying with Corona virus guideline. We chose Spagnolo Homes based on the great job they did when they renovated our home in 2015. Extremely pleased with all the work they’ve done for us. Have and will continue to recommend them for anyone looking for quality work.

The scope of work included replacing nine windows, replacing front door and trim, rebuilding front entry porch and replacing rotted water table trim. He is an excellent communicator who values quality and professionalism. He is respectful of clients time and goals. We do not recommend this contractor at all. It took 7 months to complete a master bathroom addition. Subcontractor supervision was non-existent. Tile installation for the bathroom was completely unprofessional resulting in voided maufacturer warranties for radiant floor heat and shower pan. Steam shower was installed incorrectly, etc. Very stressful experience.
