Speers Road Broadloom

After contacting the company that built my home and finding out that Speers Road Broadloom did the flooring in my home I tried to contact the appropriate person there. I have called Speers Road Broadloom on many occasions and tried to speak to a gentleman named Dale there. He is usually not available and won’t return my calls. The one time I did manage to speak to him, he mentioned that they kept records going back quite a way and he would look up the work done on my home and get back to me with information. He did not get back to me or returned any of my subsequent calls, I have even left a message on their websites contact us page a while back and never heard from them. Even if they are not interested in, or can’t help me, they should at least have the good manners to say so. Dale from Speers Road Broadloom did finally get back to me. He was very courteous and explained that he had to contact another company to see if the material used in my home was still available. He was very pleasant on the phone and even made some alternate suggestions. I am now considering using this company for other work my home requires. Even as busy as all contractors are at this time, they must know that the boom won't last forever and telephone courtesy is very important to any business.

Have been in business with Speers Road Broadloom for a number of years now and have yet to have a less than great interaction. They’ve stayed open late, met our - often times - tight deadlines and do so with a smile. Honest and hard working. We look forward to our next order.
