Hands down THE BEST. Integrity, transparency, vision. Working with Jonathan and SPINN Construction was high-end on every level. A rare gem in the business of transforming spaces from start to finish. We gut renovated our downtown apartment and literally took our space to new heights. Jonathan was there every step of the way, from clarifying our vision to putting it into action and helping us with every detail in between. He was accessible, reliable and totally accountable. From the pipes in the walls to the pulls on the kitchen drawers everything was done impeccably. I cannot recommend them enough. You will be well held, guided and inspired. Stellar workmanship, stunning results!!

I wanted to remodel my kitchen and make it more contemporary along with up dating the rest of my home. Spinn Construction was my choice to all the work. Jonathan has fantastic taste and vision. His workers are professional and very neat. I can't say enough how happy I am with my choices in my new kitchen, paint colors, and new floors. Jon also helped me with lighting fixtures and many other accessories. I would highly recommend Spinn Construction...

Jon is great! I met Jon in 2016 when I was looking for a contractor for a gut renovation of a brownstone. This was my first major rehab of this kind and Jon was invaluable with advice and referrals for everything from architects to a guy to restore the original doors and stairs. Jon even took the time to shop with me for things I needed to choose but knew little about like recessed lights and pocket door hardware. Jon is the rare contractor with integrity who you can count on and will be sure to finish your job the right way. I strongly recommend him.
