When you hire a new Company you never know what the results might be. They always promise much but, will they be able to deliver all that they say they can? In this case, I have to say that Split Rock and their Employees were on top of the job always respectful and diligent about their tasks. I would highly recommend them. They turned a screened Lanai into a gorgeous year round room. It turned out way better than I ever expected. Yes, we did have some bumps along the road, but in the end I was certainly glad that I chose them for this project.

I hired Split Rock Associates to remodel my home. It was built in 1975 and needed everything and I didn't know where to start. Split Rock took care of everything from choosing finishes and layout to all of the construction and punch out. The house was painted inside and out, the tile throughout the home was replaced, new lighting and kitchen and bathrooms as well as new landscaping and irrigation. They are all business and are very focused on their customer and completed the work in 4 months. I was very impressed with the quality and results of their efforts. When I look at the before and after images on their website, I can't believe the transformation. I am very grateful for their work and professionalism. Sincerely, Kevin C.

We were very pleased by the work Kathy, Edward and their team did on our NYC apartment renovation. They have excellent vision. Our bathroom turned out gorgeous! The kitchen is now a completely different layout than before and is so much more functional and appealing than we ever imagined. They were not the least expensive company out there, but it was worth the investment and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I especially liked their unique approach to my property, and that they were able to work with a limited amount of space and still create a luxurious look.

We have hired Split Rock in the past but most recently to complete a gut renovation of a duplex apartment. They did everything for us, from the interior design work to the construction and punch out. This project was very extensive and they were the only ones we would trust with it. We loved having just one point of contact for the entire project which helps with costs savings and project efficiency. They are very talented and dedicated team of professionals who will go the distance to make sure everything is perfect.

The Split Rock Associates team was such a pleasure to work with! They were professional from the beginning of our project, to the very end. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, and NICE! We love the new space (that was finished on time and in budget) that they helped us create. If we ever have another home improvement project, they will be our first call.
