Kansas City's home staging and redesign firm DETAILS Home Staging Solutions, a home staging and redesign company serving the Greater Kansas City area since 2007. We have an understanding of the current real estate market, design trends and experience staging vacant and occupied residential resale properties, new construction and investor renovated residential properties. We focus on style of the property, how each space relates to each other, architectural features, recent renovations and improvements, the area demographics, the target market, as well as the area competition. We want your home to be aesthetically welcoming and inviting to your target buyers. Buyers need to be inspired. see themselves living there and connect with a lifestyle that comes with a property. Kathy did amazing work staging our home. She worked with our realtor to coordinate new lighting and staged the home for selling. Our house went under contract the first day on the market! Kathy played a huge roll in that outcome. We are so pleased to have the opportunity to work with her and hope to work with her again in the future!

In the Kansas City real estate market staging has become very common. Kathy and her team are incredible. My favorite aspects of working with Kathy is she is extremely professional. Additionally, her design style and final product is high quality, which is to say that she gets it right the first time and it always looks fantastic. This saves so much time on the back end of a staging install. Most importantly for my clients the return on their investment of hiring Kathy includes multiple offers and a quick sale every time. This is truly one of the most important hires when selling your home. I look forward to working with Kathy every chance I get, and couldn't recommend them more.

I hired Details Home Staging after the house was on the market a month without being staged. Within a week after being staged, the house was under contract. Kathy was great to work with and took the time to design the staging to work perfectly with the style and finishes of the house. I received a ton of complements on how well the house looked with the furniture and decor Kathy selected. In addition, Kathy and her team went "above and beyond" to help meet the schedule I needed. I highly recommend Details Home Staging to anyone looking for help getting their home sold.

Kathy did a wonderful job staging my home prior to listing it for sale. I was very impressed at how nicely it came together and how professional she was during the whole process. My only regret is that I didn't have her stage the whole house! Would highly recommend.

Kathy is simply the best! She understands fully what buyers are looking for, and would deliver a design that wows and speaks to potential buyers. Her understanding of the real estate market and her ability to transform any space amazes me. Every little detail is done to perfection. She's creative, punctual, responsive, helpful, super easy and fun to work with! My client almost didn't want to sell their house after Kathy waved her magic wand. House was sold 2nd day on market with multiple offers. Can't wait to work with Kathy again, she is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!

When we decided to put our home on the market early in 2018, the housing market had already began to slow and move from a sellers market to a buyers market. We tried several Realtors with no real success. When we decided to go with a new realtor, one with a great reputation for sales in our price range in the Kansas City Metropolitan area, she would do so only if we agreed to stage our home using Home Staging Solutions. We agreed and as a result of Home Staging Solutions and our great realtor, we sold our house in less than 90 days and at a fair price. We were so impressed with the interior decorating concepts that were designed with our targeted buyer demographic in mind. The crew did all the work in less than a day. Upon the sale, they removed all the staging furniture and decorations without so much as a scratch! If anyone is considering selling their home, especially if the house is empty, we strongly urge you to give Home Staging Solutions a call. They are very good people.

When we put our downtown KC condo on the market, we didn't know if we would have to wait a week, a month, or 6 months for a good offer. We had an offer less than a week and it closed in 30 days! We couldn't have been happier with our staging from DETAILS and definitely attribute part of the quick sale to the time and detail that Kathy put into staging our condo. Her design fit perfectly with the style and design of a studio condo. We are so glad we chose to use Kathy and would definitely recommend her and use her again.

Could not recommend Details Home Staging Solutions enough. We were very hesitate about getting our home staged but Kathy and her team exceeded all our expectations. Not only did she do a wonderful job staging our home but worked with our painter so everything flowed accordingly to her vision. It was a seamless and stress free process and we were under contract in just three days.

Kathy and her crew where professional and quick at transforming my home into the totally up-to-date and beautiful home that I knew it was, but that buyers were not seeing. She blew me away by putting in a HUGE rectangular dining table and 6 upholstered chairs in a space where I had used a small round table with 4 chairs. I couldn't believe how much better it looked and made so much more sense to a buyer with a family. Her vision drew attention to the best details of the home. The result was stunning and was instrumental in getting it sold! It was a very stressful time for me as the seller, but she clearly "had this" and helped me make this change in my life! As a realtor, there are times certain homes need staging to showcase them best! The staging creates some emotion for the buyer and really does make a huge difference in the way it feels when you walk through the door.
