Stellrr Insulation

Hired Stellr to seal up the crawlspace underneath my house. it was a somewhat challenging and unique situation as there was unlevel terrain and obstacles underneath there to navigate and seal around. because of this, there were a few tiny gaps still present after initial install, which i didnt notice right away. when i inquired months later about having it touched up, they came out and did a thorough patch job on those areas for free, and included a free air filter replacement for the dehumidifier they installed. and were very apologetic for the minor oversight on the small gaps. and all this was after they were literally the only company to actually respond to my inquiry and proceed to booking the job in the first place. all other companies either blew me off entirely or flaked out on providing the final estimate and/or booking (typical for the construction industry, per my own experience). so, thorough work all around from the customer service and communication to the eventual completion of the job.

Stellrr provided excellent product and services. Great communication throughout the entire process. Recommended for anyone with difficulty keeping their house comfortable during the hot summers here in Texas.

What a fantastic crew of people! Wayne and Andy went above and beyond on my unorthodox application of spray insulation for an already-finished-out recording studio. By protecting the walls and floors, using extra caution, and actually taking pride in their work they exceeded my expectations and the room looks and sounds GREAT!

They make you feel like family. Although, if they had a chance to review customers I think I would get a low rating. But they stood by their work and forced me to be happy. You can't go wrong with Shawn and team, they will treat you well even if you don't deserve it.

Stellrr is, without a doubt, one of the best contractors I have used in Austin... Our home was built in 1980, and the has all the wiring and rewiring that can be expected in 30+ years... Last year, we decided to remove the old insulation from the attic as a way to get a handle on a pest issue that we had... but because the attic is so old, and so much 'stuff' is laying around, we didn't want to use the more common blown insulation as replacement; after some research, we came across Stellrr, and the abundance of information they provided enabled us to make a more educated decision that we would otherwise have made... Wayne Mansur was willing to spend a long time over the phone answering all of my questions, and when he came to our home, he was very meticulous in taking all relevant measures... The actual job took a little over two days to complete, and once it was finished, we were able to feel the effects of superior insulation from day one! I should say here that, and because we had removed the old insulation in the Fall of last year, the early days of Summer, when he had no insulation at all, were pretty toasty inside the house - the AC unit would not stop working between morning and evening, and could not catch up with the modest setting we had - 79F... Our new insulation from Stellrr has made the house much, much more comfortable, and the difference in the electric bill was evident from day one (my recollection was a drop on the electric bill of ~$70.00 compared to the previous month)... I have also been in the attic on Summer days, and when I would have previously been roasted, I was able to do maintenance work without issue, and with comfort... Without hesitation, I would recommend Stellrr to any one considering an insulation job...

Shawn is great, he answered all my questions and took the time to explain the process of spray foam to me and the benefits of it. i decided to use him as he seemed very knowledgeable and genuine. They came when they said they would. He did what was quoted, they cleaned up, made sure i was happy and left me with a great new work space fully insulated. I couldnt be happier. Thanks Shawn.

Great Austin insulation service. I called Shawn because I moved into a house in central Austin that was built in the 1950's. My energy bills were higher in this 900sq ft house than they were in the 2,000sq ft home I used to own in Round Rock. The bigger home had spray foam insulation so it was super energy efficient. Anyway, I wanted to get the Stellrr Building Performance Diagnostic done to see what the problem areas were. I learned a lot in this process, and Shawn narrowed it all down to essentials versus extras. I went with the essentials and had my attic insulation done. I am very happy with the quality of their work, and caution to protect all of my belongings. And I have seen a big drop in my utility bills. So much so, that I will probably have paid for the work done in the next year, via my savings. Next year I will call them again to do the next step in the upgrade process.

Stellrr Insulation & Spray Foam come out to my house in Austin TX. Shawn and his crew were marvelous to work with. Extremely professional in the way they conducted themselves. I was sold on them after reading all of the reports Shawn has written. Stellrr is completely different from all these other weekend warrier insulation contractors in Austin. They installed closed cell spray foam on our metal barn and open cell insulation in the wall cavities and attic. They protected all of my floors and windows from overs-pray and cleaned up perfectly. My friends and family will defiantly be getting my recommend for Stellrr
