Sunlight Staging & Home Decor

I hired Sunlight to stage my home prior to selling it. Sunlight was professional and met their deadlines as promised. The quote provided and delivered on was exactly as promised. They were fast and efficient in the set up of the staging as well as the take down when the house was eventually sold. They did such a fantastic job with the budget that was given that there was no negative feedback from home showings! It is because of how well the house showed that we received multiple offers and were able to sell in a week! I would highly recommend their services!!

We're so glad we called Sunlight! We wanted to do something special for our little girl and decided to have her room professionally decorated. Carla was really great. We liked her right away during our initial consultation. Carla really listened to us and even spoke with our daughter at length about her favourite colours, hobbies, etc. She returned with a great design that our daughter absolutely loved and best of all, fit within our budget! She showed us 3D computer drawings before proceeding so we could visualize the changes that would happen. In the end the project was completed on time and within budget. We kept our daughter away until the room was completely finished and she was blown away with the transformation! She LOVES IT!! Thank-you for making our little girl (and her parents) so HAPPY!!

Carla was fantastic to work with. She provided good direction on what tasks needed to be completed prior to the day of staging ( i.e. decluttering, painting, depersonalizing). She leveraged as much of my existing furniture and accessories as possible. On the day of staging, she came prepared with additional items required to complete the staging to maximize the space and bring out the beauty of our home. As a result of her staging our home looked like a model home! We sold our home in 5 days and for 100% of the asking price!
