Super Bright LEDs

I bought two lights from them. Both have failed within a year. They are incredibly slow in their responses to emails. When the first light failed, they did not send me the female connector that allowed me to connect the light to my landscape wiring. I requested that they send the connector and they did, but it was the wrong size. After a weeks' long email exchange, they finally sent me the correct female connector. Weeks later, the second light failed. Again, it took weeks to get the replacement light and again, they failed to send the female connector despite me specifically reminding them to send it since the forgot the first time. They are refusing to send the adapter. I guess it is worth it to them to have another dissatisfied customer rather than providing good customer service. To be clear, I went through their packaging, stripping out all the wrapping paper to make sure that the part was not hidden somewhere. It's not like I'm trying to rip them off by getting an extra connector.

The worst customer service. I talked with Sean on the phone and explained to him that we were looking for under cabinet lighting. He said he could help us. We had a bid from Metro Lightning and were trying to price shop. I emailed him the bid and the diagram from our kitchen drawn up by our designer. He said he would call me at 6 pm that evening to discuss our project. By 6:30 I hadn’t heard from from him so I called and was told he was talking to another customer and would call be back. He never called me back. I have called several times and left messages always being told that he was on another line and would call back. My husband called and left a message for someone else to call and no one ever did. If they didn’t want to give us a bid, should have said so up front. Glad we learned about their lack of customer service up front!! We ended up going with Metro.

I bought two 16ft reels of 12V LED strip lights, 6000K, 380 lumens/ft (NFLS-CW300X3-WHT-LC2) from superbrightleds.com. I used them for in-cabinet, under-cabinets and over-cabinet lighting in a contemporary kitchen remodel project. We are very pleased with the color and brightness and have used them over a year with no problems for issues. I did not used the LC2 connectors so cannot comment on the reliability of them; instead I soldered all connections. Strips are easy to cut at 2-inch intervals and solder two. Detailed specs are available on their website for wattage/ft so that I could calculate the wattage of the power supplies I needed. Also ordered 4 power supplies from them and had no issue with those either. Product arrived on time and was professionally packaged. They are also a good value for the money as their competitor Flexfire has similar products available for twice the price.

Unprofessional and Unknowledgeable Staff. Unfair Dealings. I was left extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. I am an electronic music promoter and event coordinator. I wanted to get something special for my DJ boyfriend for Christmas. So, I purchased some Dream-Color LED Strip Lighting from this company. I head read some reviews that people had not received all of the equipment that they needed and I didn't want this to happen to me due to my own lack of knowledge of what to order. So, I called this company and the employee I spoke with guided me away from the kit purchase I called to make and into buying a different model and controller and he assured me that I would have everything that I needed to run these LED light strips. I told him that these lights were for my boyfriends Christmas present who is a DJ and it was important that I have everything that I needed so that his gift was complete. I was relieved when this employee guided me into the "right purchase". He gave me exact item numbers and I trusted that he was the one who knew what I would need since he worked at SUPERBRIGHTLEDS. Well, I got my package and I wrapped my gift and my boyfriend unwrapped his present last night. It was extremely dissatisfying and anticlimactic for me and him to realize we didn't have a power supply for the lights (what we needed to make this light system work). I was not happy with my Christmas purchase from SUPERBRIGHTLEDS. I gave the company a call this morning and I spoke with an employee and she said that she would need to speak with a manager but assured me that if they told me I had everything I needed that they would ship me a power supply. They record their conversations, so I was feeling abit better and thought maybe the company would make things right after the lack of knowledge of their customer service employee. So, they called me back awhile later and informed me that her manager said that there wasn't anything that he could do to help me. This flabbergasted me, so I asked to speak to him myself. I mean, surely after he listened to the conversation I had with his employee....I thought he would be professional and about apologies and taking care of his companies error. I am not a person that tries to get more than I pay for or handouts. I just wanted what I had been promised. I spoke with a manager. He informed me that he had listened to the conversation and admitted that his employee did not have the knowledge to take care of me and should have said so. He said that he would pay for shipping but he would not eat the cost of a power supply. The seperate power supply that I would need costs $39.95. The LED Strip and Seperate Controller and power adapter +sales tax and shipping came out to $221.16. So, it was not a large sum in comparison to what my purchase was. SUPERBRIGHTLEDS, Inc. did not care to make things right. Which is unfortunate, because I would bring good business to his company.

My granddaughter surprised me with some landscape lights for my garden for mother's day. I had spent years building up my flower beds and arbors, but always felt that I was missing something. As night was coming, she came in and told me to look outside and my garden was glowing! It was the best surprise! She used some of the glux products and I absolutely love them. They are durable, so I don't have to worry about them in any weather. Since she installed them, all i have to do is plug them in! Thank.you superbright for providing quality products even I can use.

I have been very happy with the quality and application of the products I have received from Super bright LEDs. I have had under cabinet lighting done,it was super easy to install and makes a huge difference in my kitchen, LED accent lights put in my outside deck steps, and landscaping lights. They blend into the landscaping great you barely notice them. I also love how the light is not overwhelming and puts off the perfect color white light. Can't wait for my next project!
