My husband and I engaged Swiss Interior for the renovation of our 5-room BTO flat, as they provided the best designs with reasonable pricing among the IDs we contacted. This was our best decision as the result turned out superb! Desmond managed our project, and throughout the renovation he was very helpful and was willing to advise even for areas outside of the renovation (eg. maintenance, cleaning, purchase of curtains -any questions we had, we would ask him and he would answer). Where possible, he would also help us to get better quality materials for things like our counter tops and aircon, and did not charge us extra for these "upgrades". Though COVID-19 made the renovation process longer due to safety restrictions and reduced number of workers, Desmond still tried his best and we were able to move in in time. Mr. Desmond from Swiss Interior was our ID. When we met him the first time and shared our requirements, he understood them very well and took time to give us lot of suggestions / options and good ideas to finalise every item. He gave us a very comprehensive quotation with break up of each item along with measurements and within the budget we had mentioned to him. When the works were in progress, he gave us regular updates and was always available to discuss some minor changes/ additions. He was helpful to give us contacts of shops / companies to purchase various items and also came with us and offered good suggestions when we had to decide some key items. When we wanted to do some modifications to some furniture after they were almost installed, he did not make an issue and did his best to do whatever changes that were reasonably possible. The work was completed within the time he had initially told us inspite of lot of uncertainties / disruptions during the Covid period. During this journey we felt Desmond was more like one our family member and more than us, he was interested to handover the house in time and in perfect condition. He attended to all the minor works promptly without having to do any follow ups / send reminders. We found Swiss Interior to be a professional company and ID Mr Desmond a sincere and trust worthy person.

We sent quote requests to a few firms and James from Swiss Interior stood out to us for his efficiency and responsiveness. What impressed us the most was how he suggested a new type of finishing for a certain feature we wanted that achieved the same look and at a better price which other ID’s could not do or did not know about. The prices quoted were reasonable and competitive too and breakdown was detailed and transparent. During the reno process, James was very accommodating to our requirements and responded quickly to our queries. He gave good advice and input such as aircon placement and hiding of trunking. He proposed a lip instead of a curb for our shower area and it made such a huge difference to the overall aesthetic. Small details like these that we would never have thought off were regularly suggested by James. Payment schedule and top ups for certain areas were conducted in a very relaxed manner and we never felt pressured by James. Work schedule seemed very fluid and adaptable and he seemed to have good rapport with his workers. Workmanship turned out great as well especially for carpentry. Due to Covid, his main carpenter had to soldier on solo but I don’t think workmanship was compromised. All in all it has been a great experience working with James and till now he is still responsive in touching up our home when we require.

We had very good experience with Melvin when he handled the renovation for our previous house. He definitely didn't disappoint when we approached him again for our new house renovation. Melvin was also very responsive and offered professional & practical suggestions, keeping within our budget. Most importantly, he monitored the schedule closely & ensured to keep within our tight timeline despite the covid situation. We are also pleased with the quality & workmanship of the carpentry & overall work done. Kudos to Melvin & Swiss Interior for making our renovation a seamless process.

Choosing the right ID for your new home is a challenge. After a couple of rounds meeting different IDs, we decided to go with James from Swiss Interior for our project. He was very professional and efficient. Gave him a rough idea of the layout and design I wanted and he’s able to guide us through along with suggestions. He’s very efficient in his work even tho we have tons of questions, requests and changes a few times. Understand that there’s lesser workers, nevertheless, works and follow ups are done within the given time frame. Workmanship was great, any issues were being resolved quickly too. Jason from Swiss Interior is detailed and knowledgeable with the construction products and materials. He gives personal opinions which is useful for 1st time house owners. He follow up closely with changes and also supervise the overall renovation works. Last but not least, good post-renovation service and follow-ups. Highly reccomended!

I received excellent service by Jason Koh. The first impression I had for Jason was sincere and friendly. Back then I still haven't decided which company to engage as there were simply too many choices. Jason patiently went through all my requirements in a very professional and detailed manner. Throughout the renovation period, Jason has been very accommodative to all our request and he is professional in handling all the works, including liasing with the sub-contractor. One very important trait I feel Jason have displayed was he has constant communication with us through mobile application so we could understand how the renovation have progressed.
