K & D Countertops

I walked into the K&D Showroom several weeks ago and had a bad feeling from the beginning when no one was there to greet me or ask me if I needed help. Eventually a young woman showed up and looked less interested in assisting me than in staring at her fingernails. She reluctantly showed me around the granite yard where I picked two granites. I booked the template procedure for today 4/15 and left a $1500.00 deposit. The guy came today on schedule to template the countertops and, much to my surprise, were expecting all our countertops to be removed. The woman I had worked with NEVER told me the countertops needed to be removed. When I called her about it, she said "I told you when we spoke today that they would be measuring the cabinet tops." A) that phone call was 15 minutes before the guys arrived and B) how would I know that that meant I needed to take the countertops off? And how would I have been able to do that in 15 minutes? The guys that came to template were great and I am disappointed not to be working with them. But the careless, unprofessional attitude of the office staff is simply unacceptable. I am not in construction, have never remodeled a kitchen, and this experience was awful.

Excellent service and selection. The installation process went very smoothly with the great team ensuring I was happy throughout the process. The kitchen counters look amazing and we'll be back for more when we redo our bathrooms!

Installation of granite, marble, solid surface countertops. Great customer service both on the sales and installation finish. They have a large selection of stones to choose from at there shop otherwise customers can pre-select own slabs at their vendor accounts.

We were very happy with our countertop replacement. Our salesperson, Nate, was great to work with and the installation went very smoothly. The quartz countertops look so fantastic that everyone who comes into our house thinks we had a complete kitchen remodel!

We have worked with K&D on several of our new home construction projects. They are great to work with, show up when scheduled, do exactly what they indicate that they will do, stand behind their work, and do so at very competitive pricing.
