TD Construction

Working with Mike and his crew was an awesome experience. Having gone thru an addition as well as a full remodel of our home was no picnic - delays, sub-par workmanship etc. caused a 9 month job to more than 2 years. With TD Construction you get what you pay for. They built a beautiful redwood arbor. Excellent workmanship, they are detailed oriented and they show up when expected. Would not hesitate in using them again on another project.

I am the original owner of a home in Brentwood, where I have lived for more than 30 years. We have made many upgrades and improvements to our home over the past several years and this year we decided to replace some patio covers and a deck in the back yard that were really just falling apart. I was referred to TD Construction by a longtime friend and they proved to be an excellent choice. I described what we wanted done and they came up with suggestions that were on target and within our budget. They brought experience and trade craft to the work producing results that we are proud to show off to friends and family. They also kept to identified work schedules and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality work performed by real professionals.

I have used TD construction on several projects so far: 1) a triangle shaped deck with Ipe wood, 2) a large cedar arbor connected to my home, 3) an Ipe TV & Shower wall, and 4) a long Ipe front fence and gates. Mike was a pleasure to work with from a scope, schedule, price and contracting perspective. He is highly responsive and his pricing is fair. Tim was the lead on the construction and his attention to detail and quality is first rate. He demonstrated high quality craftsmanship and is a pleasure to work with. I've used others with very disappointing results. I would only use TD Construction in the future.

TD Construction added a pavilion to our backyard and we could not be happier with the job. The quality is excellent. The crew was courteous, clean and on time! There were no excuses and no mistakes. The City Inspector was impressed as well. His comments were that TD Construction was welcome to work in Pinole any time.

The TD crew built our outdoor covered kitchen and living space. It is beautiful. Great craftsmanship. On time. On budget.

TD Construction went above and beyond my expectations. Mike Curtis and his whole crew were courteous, professional, here everyday and on time. TD undertook a 150,000 project and created a dream getaway for me in my own home. Patio cover, ceiling fans, full kitchen with pizza oven, stone work, tile work, amazing wood work and landscape and lighting upgrades. I now have an oasis to relax in after a long week of work. I was recommended to TD by friends who had used their services and I was blown away by the quality of work they were doing. I met with Mike and he took me to several recently completed projects, similar to what I wanted to have done. I was able to meet the actual owners of these homes and they were so happy and so excited to share the finished product. I was sold from that point on but, what really sealed the deal for me was everybody greeted Mike as though he were part of the family. The attention to detail from beginning to end made this one of the best remodel and improvement experiences I have ever gone through. I had a couple of lower bids for the work but, after looking at previous jobs of these contractors, it was obvious why they were cheaper. I would recommend TD to anybody looking for quality processional work. If you want a virtually seamless experience, then look no further.

Very priffessional and courteous. Saw there work at a few friends houses and asked who did the work. Came highly reccomended from people. I wanted to hire them but couldnt afford at the time but will as soon as im ready.
