Tennessee Barn Doors

CUSTOM DESIGN, INSTALLATIONS, GUARANTEED Tennesse Barn Doors was founded by Stephen Cork. Stephen and his team have 20 plus years of experience in custom wood working and the building products industry. We design and build our doors with our TnBarnDoor process that essentially eliminates any warpage due to the natural movement of wood. In addition, our doors include metal that adds to the rustic appearance and provides stability. Metal can be removed at clients discretion but TN Barn Doors cannot be responsible for possible warpage. Our doors are made from select rough Sassafras and are finished to maintain this look. Surfaces are not completely smooth but will not cause splinter or feel rough to the hand. It is normal to have large knots in the wood which gives it character and a rustic look. We use Dye wherever possible instead of stain. This creates a very warm look that is then finished with a special top coat that looks more like an oil varnish yet offers full protection. In addition to supplying these custom barn doors, we will install and repair the doors that we provide.
