About Us

I have 20 plus years of award winning interior design experience, I specialize in new construction - I would love to assist you. If you are looking to build, I can assist you from start to finish. As a real estate agent with Parks Realty I can also help you find the perfect neighborhood (or land) and builder. I use my years of building experience to assist you with the design process all the way from blue print to the last details, to overseeing the process. I also specialize in all custom window treatments for your home. Serving Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Collage Grove, Thompson's Station, Spring Hill and surrounding areas.

Teresa is beyond amazing. I absolutely loved working with her during our building process. Her knowledge of the current and lasting design trends are outstanding....she was always there to let me know if I was making the right decision based on current trends and what will hold value long term. She helped with every step building our home and there is no way I could have done it without her. She was very professional, always there to answer questions, and very patient with my back & forth when making decisions for the house. I love every detail of my home!! I now have my Dream Home because Teresa was there to guide me every step of the way! Thank you so much Teresa!!!

Teresa made decorating our new home enjoyable. She listened to us. She got to know our preferences, style and tastes, then she used her design experience to help us make the best decisions. Her help in picking out paint colors and coordinating fabrics, colors, and design of rugs, upholstery, and window treatments allowed us to pull everything together beautifully. She has great taste, is very professional, and is great to work with.

Teresa is a first class interior designer, with high attention to detail and quality. I didn't know where to begin, but Teresa was patient and attentive to my requirements, and put an effective plan in motion that resulted in quality custom curtains and rods. Teresa is an amazing designer. She exceeded all expectations I had. My house is exactly how I imagined and wanted it to look but couldn't do it on my own. She really listened to what we wanted, our likes and dislikes, and above all, she stuck to our budget. I would absolutely recommend Teresa to anyone that wants their home to look like something out of a magazine.

Teresa was such a great help to me after we completed our new home. We were able to customize a great look and stay on budget. Teresa was never pushy or aggressive in her plans and always listened to my concerns. Thanks for pulling all the elements of decorating together and saving my sanity! Bridget Teresa does a wonderful job with holiday decorating as well!

Teresa is a wonderful person to help you decorate your house. She quickly "got me" and my style. She helped me with every thing from choosing paint colors for the walls, creating custom curtains, shopping for furniture and art work, and helping to organize and decorate bookshelves. She even designed and installed a beautiful exterior Christmas garland and wreath for the holidays. Teresa was very responsive to my questions and comments, no job was too small, and she provided multiple options to choose from. It was a pleasure working with Teresa.

Teresa listened closely to me, implemented a plan with her expertise to make our house OUR home. She exceeded all my expectations! She went out of her way to visit homes that I could only say I liked without being sure why and then she explained to me why I liked them! She was definitely correct, because it has been seven years and I still love it! Teresa Zilinsky is talented and resourceful.

I first used Teresa Zilinsky as my interior designer several years ago. I have not used anyone else since then! Whether I'm adding custom pillows or re-designing an entire room, she's my go-to! AND she does seasonal decorations as well! (Christmas, fall,etc) if you know what you like, she can help narrow your choices. If you have no clue, she will help you determine your tastes and steer you in the right direction! And she has an amazingly gracious spirit on top of all that!

Commented: Accent Pillows. Chopped or Not?I think it depends on the space as well. To me the chopped looks better on the chair you have pictured-making it more casual and not as stiff looking. But in other places fluffed looks more warm and ...
