Tim did a beautiful job of turning our half baked concept in to a complete set of working drawings for our new home. His task was especially difficult since I am an interior designer. Poor guy. His ability to listen, interpret, and problem solve with a sense of humor thrown in made the whole process more enjoyable. Tim is proficient in all the technical aspects of designing a home and has a real grasp of the tools available. The 3D feature proved to be invaluable to us as it allows one to virtually walk through the structure. No telling how many change orders that alone saved us. Our only regret is that we didn't have him develop certain aspects of the design further. Hire him, you won't be disappointed.

Garris Design Construction is currently doing an addition/remodel for us. He also designed my original house and later designed my 4000 sq ft building/man cave. So far the addition is going as planned! Tim is very professional has has a keen eye for details! We are very pleased so far and look forward to getting the project complete! Wayne
