The Clog Dawg Plumbing

Many of us believe that miracles happen. But few of us credit these miracles to ordinary folks or - like I prefer to call them - “everyday miracle workers”. My miracle worker appeared one hour after I called The Clog Dawg due to a plumbing emergency. He worked tirelessly for about two hours and told me afterwards that if I had any issues with the work he had just performed, he would come back and repair it at no extra cost. “Come again?” I blurted out. “Yes, ma’am, I take pride in the work I do”, he replied. It’s rare to find folks with this kind of professional ethic nowadays. So rare, in fact, I’d call it a miracle. My miracle was performed by a worker named Steven.

We have been thoroughly impressed with The Clog Dawg's commitment to doing only what's needed (not more) and doing it well (very professional). From answering the phone directly (not getting an answering machine), answering questions, and being willing to come as soon as possible, the relationship feels more like a partnership...with both parties having my best interest in mind.

I rarely give reviews but I just got work done by The Clog Dawg and I've got to say they are the best plumbers I've dealt with in years! Very professional and punctual. If you're needing work done to your plumbing or sewer don't hesitate to call them!

I happened upon Clog Dog kind of by accident, but was immediately impressed with their customer service. I called and was directly connected to the owner himself. I had a cracked exterior faucet, and the owner was very helpful and honest in explaining that he really couldn't' give me a guaranteed estimate because my pipe was galvanized and obviously (from the picture I sent him) already deteriorating. He explained the tech would have to see the pipe and make sure the connecting fittings didn't need replacing or crack as well during the replacement of the already damaged pipe. The technician was able to make it to my house the same day, in about 3 hours or so, and no other pieces were needed! The tech's name was Antonio and he was super nice and very professional. He replaced the damaged pipe and attached a brand new faucet head, and now my faucet doesn't drip even a drop! Antonio also checked my water pressure and told me it was right where it was supposed to be. He also took the time to explain why that is a good thing. I will be giving these folks my business in the future, especially as i have some much bigger projects coming up in the future.

On a whim I contacted the clog dawg plumbing inc, today around 6 when I finally gave up on trying to solve my clogged bathtub drain problem. They had someone to the house in around an hour to help me out, SAME DAY! Customer service was spectacular, Antonio was the one who came out. It took him barely any time at all and the prices were way more reasonable than what I was fearing!!! I have officially stored them in my phone as my go-to plumber! They made this SO easy! I'd reccomend this company very highly! I'll be doing a second bathroom install, and possibly a hot tub install and they will now be my go-to for this as well!
