Nothing more than a company full of professionals! We worked directly with Nicole (Sensitive Information Hidden) as our designer but had multiple encounters with other members of the company which were all great. INITIAL STEPS Nicole (our designer) broke down the steps and set us up with custom renderings. Once we retained the Wright Kitchen, there were countless meetings back and forth to make sure we loved everything and lots of renderings for visualization. Nicole did a fantastic job at always keeping our budget in mind while not holding back her honest opinion about what worked and what didn't. We had lots of expensive ideas in which she guided us to a more cost effective route given our younger family and the need for durability. The whole design process was a breeze and Nicole made sure we never missed a single thing. INSTALLATION The Wright Kitchen managed the entire build and install. The guys on site were quick while being tidy (big deal) and making sure there were no issues. Nicole met the guys on site as well to ensure everything was done within the drawings. Out of our entire house renovation, The Wright Kitchen was hands down the best trade to work with ISSUES 1. There's no such thing as a PERFECT renovation or company. More importantly, as issues come up, what makes a company great isn't how perfect they try to be in how they go about RESOLVING issues in the favour of the client. We had a very minor issue where a part of the new quartz countertops was marked. Within an hours notice, we had The Wright Kitchens customer service (Sarah (Sensitive Information Hidden)) coordinating a fix and within 24 hours, everything was resolved 100%. 2. Cabinet deficiencies...The Wright Kitchen manufactures solid wood kitchens. Items can easily be damaged in transit, on site...by kids, etc. Once everything was installed on site, Nicole did two final walkthroughs with us where she pointed out a few marked cabinet front and drawers...we actually didn't even notice some of the items that she found. Within 2 weeks, all damaged drawer fronts and cabinets were replaced by the Wright Kitchen and the final product was 100% OVERALL We have multiple investment properties and always go a more cost effective route for kitchens. Being that project was for our personal home, this was our first fully custom kitchen and we regret nothing. The Wright Kitchen was hands down the best trade we had on site and were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the team to the overall experience, all expectations were exceeded. We met with 3 kitchens designers initially but didn't get the same "confidence feeling" as we did with Nicole and the team. They are not the cheapest (not the most expensive either) but if you're looking for a company that literally takes care of it all with no headaches and creates a work of art kitchen, look no further.

When choosing to do a major renovation to your kitchen and other areas to your home, it can be very scary and extremely overwhelming unless you have a very competent contractor that has reliable, proven companies and individuals to get the job completed to your satisfaction, on-time, and within budget. Our contractor recommended Nicole Jenkins at The Wright Kitchen to assist us with the design of our kitchen. This was the best advise we received from our contractor. Nicole came to our house, reviewed our current kitchen and immediately made some suggestions on what we could do for our new kitchen. She then took measurements and within 1-2 weeks had drawings back to us with some suggested designs and rough cost estimates. We decided to go ahead with the kitchen and main floor renovation. The first step was to meet at The Wright Kitchen at their Burlington showroom to decide on our counter top, back splash, cabinets, cabinet hardware, and colors. This process was extremely easy because The Wright Kitchen has done countless kitchen renovations so they pointed out all the pros and cons with certain items. In addition, they gave us suggestion on sinks, faucets, and lighting. We left that day making all the decisions to start the process of getting our new kitchen construction started. Every step of the way, Nicole and The Wright Kitchen were their to assist us. They helped us with appliance suggestions, their measurements were perfect, they assisted on lighting fixture designs and the companies they had assist them were great to work with. When the job was completed, we had family and friends come to look at the end result. The kitchen was the center of all their compliments. They could not believe the end result. We could not be happier thanks to Nicole Jenkins and The Wright Kitchen. We will in the future recommend Nicole and The Wright Kitchen because of the great job they did for us. If you need you Kitchen renovation, your best decision would be to work with Nicole and The Wight Kitchen.

A local contractor highly recommended Christie Best at the Wright Kitchen in Ancaster for our kitchen and dining room remodelling project. Christie came to our home and listened carefully to our vision for new cabinet installations in both of the aforementioned rooms. She measured and then offered great advice to make the project fit our needs. Picking out the wood, finish and hardware was a breeze at the showroom. The detailed plans were easy to follow and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the materials. We especially liked the fact that the cabinets are made in Manitoba and the hinges and closers come from Austria. KDS Home Improvements installed everything in one day and the team was polite, professional and they exhibited a keen attention to detail. The entire experience was excellent thanks to the communication, organization and professionalism of Christie Best.

In the era of remodeling, there is something to be said about finding a design expert with technical knowledge and a creative vision who also helps keep timelines and budget on track. I discovered the Wright Kitchen after an exhaustive search for a residential contractor for a major kitchen and main floor renovation. I met Trish Gagnon as soon as I walked into the showroom in Burlington. I was immediately drawn to her energy and friendliness. Trish designed my kitchen in 2018 and we couldn’t be happier with it to this day. This year, we returned to Trish when deciding to add a wine bar to our kitchen. Trish figured out every detail of my space by examining my needs and situation. It is so easy to work with her. Trish always stays in contact during the whole project, returns e-mails and phone calls quickly too! I loved working with Trish because she is very detailed, easy to understand and accurate.

Our designer Christie was so nice to work with, was very patient and answered all our questions throughout the process. Our cabinet installer Dave did an excellent job and even came back on a weekend to complete the work in a timely manner. Sarah, who works in the service department was so approachable and quickly took care of a cabinet that had some issue and replaced it so promptly. Their team even came back later and checked on to make sure everything was done correctly. We are very pleased and satisfied with them for their professional service and highly recommend them.
