I was referred to Tineele via word of mouth from a close friend who is a developer and I wasn't disappointed! Tineele is a very professional interior designer with a fantastic eye for detail. She really listened to my thoughts on how I wanted to present the property and gained my trust so that I felt comfortable and confident in giving her the freedom to style a living space of approximately 900 square metres on a one acre property. She managed to tie in all aspects of the house to reflect the same theme of luxury and comfort and it really did help to create a perfect mood for open house inspections. She is very passionate about her business and Tineele was present doing most of the work at all stages of the design and furnishing process. I certainly will use Tineele to style my future properties and won't hesitate in recommending her as my friend did to me.

We engaged Tineele and Uptown Property Styling to style our property for sale. Tineele provided excellent advice about minor works we could undertake to the property to improve the presentation of it and then provided a comprehensive, market appropriate specification for styling/temporarily furnishing the property. The specification assisted to present the property in its best possible condition and appearance, resulting in sensational photographs and an unbelievable amount of interest in the property. We had a contract within three weeks, and settled the sale of the property within six weeks, of listing and achieved a price that we are certain was well in excess of what could have been expected without Tineele's assistance.
