Crowe Design & Associates is a professional residential design firm serving Lake Norman, Charlotte and surrounding areas of North Carolina. We specialize in custom home designs for individuals and building contractors alike. Our scope of services range from remodel or additions of existing structures to lot-specific custom home designs in gated communities.Our attention to detail and to our clients’ desires leads to a well-crafted home, each uniquely suited to the client, the budget and the site. Todd Crowe is very easy to work with. He is both a talented and imaginative designer, and after meeting with myself and my wife, he was able to take all of our ideas for our home and combine them into something that both fit our needs and wants and was also ascetically pleasing.

We worked with Todd to help us design our new house. We liked a lot about our current home but definitely wanted to make some changes for our new house. Todd did a phenomenal job walking through the house we had and listened carefully to our wants and needs. When we saw the first design we were so impressed by how it had everything we wanted accounted for and that we only had to make minor changes. Todd was a great listener and brings great experience to the design process. Thank you Todd..and we cannot wait to show you pictures when we get the house built!

Todd listened and created a home plan that fit us perfectly. He was professional, friendly, easy to work with and a true partner in the process. He provided expertise and options and he was open to our feedback. Todd worked with us to find solutions that were both beautiful and functional. Overall it has been an exciting, efficient and enjoyable process. I highly recommend Todd to anyone considering a home remodeling project or building the home of their dreams.

My husband and I purchased a lot with a bit of an odd shape, and we had some definite requirements for our living space. Over the course of several meetings, Todd listened to intently, provided helpful feedback, and came up with a design that met all of our needs. We had planned on not building right way, but my husband fell in love with the plans immediately and we started as soon as possible. We are in the middle of the building process now, and Todd has been responsive to any of our builder's questions along the way.

Todd - Just wanted to Thank You AGAIN (can you believe designing our porch/deck will be our 3rd project together?) for your understanding of the vision… even though “our” vision was sometimes a “his” and “hers” vision – you have an uncanny knack of pulling them both back together to be “ours”. You are a joy to work with, not only because you actually call and arrive when you say you will (amazing how many people don’t!), but the way you make us feel comfortable - like we have a Friend “in the business” . Can’t thank you enough!

Todd Crowe is a an artist. When we started to plan a screened-in, covered porch, patio and outdoor kitchen, we thought that we knew exactly what we wanted. When he drew what I described, we weren't thrilled. He was able to offer suggestions when we weren't sure and ideas that we had never even considered. I am so thankful for his expertise! He saved us money and created a masterpiece better than we had even hoped for.
