About Us

TCP & Co. Provides a unique client side design and project management consultancy service. With over 25 years experience in the design and construction industry. TCP & Co. brings practical and experienced based advice to any project; whether Residential, Retail or Commercial. After years of working for various design, architecture, construction companies all with their own way of doing things - all complete with their own strengths and weaknesses - Todd realised that a service that considered all the options and worked only for the client was much needed in an industry of specific service providers. So rather than going to a single company with a certain approach - TCP & Co. works with their clients to - establish the brief, provide cost estimates of the various options, provide concept design advice and will then implement the program - bring to bear their wide range of connections in Architecture, Drafting, Lighting design, Engineers, Builders and other construction professionals. TCP & Co. offers a fully transparent and collaborative approach to everything they do - the only client is you.

Plan review and advice, Project planning including professional service estimates, construction estimates and quotes. Design consulting - anything from a heating and cooling system upgrade to a bathroom/Kitchen renovation all the way through to a substantial renovation or new home design. Town Planning applications, scoping and project management of (client side) 3rd party consultants.

Todd was first contracted by us in 2014 to project manage the complete renovation of the lower storey of our two-level home. He gave us very good advice and showed us some great ideas and designs which were spot on with our expectations. He was able to explain complex design in simple terms which helped us to understand and make decisions. Todd demonstrated high technical proficiency where the renovation involved the removal and repositioning of load-bearing columns. He has knowledge of all facets/areas of interior design, from painting, finishes and plumbing works to construction and build. As project manager he liaised with all trades on our behalf and ensured timely completion of the stages of the project. Todd has a keen eye for form as well as function. In 2017 we contracted Todd Pearce & Co. to project manage the complete renovation of the upper storey of our two-level home. Our company has also commissioned his services for designing and planning the workflow and interior fit-out of commercial office space in Melbourne.

Upon recommendation from other peoples experience we employed Todd to design a complete renovation of our 2 bedroom town house from the interior. Todd listened to what we wanted and suggested so many great ideas we undertook to enhance our vision in a way that didn't break budget. I don't give 5 stars easily but will do when it is earnt I am happy to recommend......My wife and I are very happy and the realised value of our property when we sold increased far more than our investment thanks to Todd.

Todd was recommended by the Interior Design to look at the detail in the wet areas and TV area of our new home. In all cases we got a number of concepts that we then narrowed down to one that was then finalised. Todd took on board what we were looking for and made suggestions based on his experience. The suggestions were around aspects that we simply hadn't thought about. We were very happy with the results and believe that we have a much better outcome as a result of Todd's input.

I came in contact with Todd Pearce at the Melbourne Home show and on my sketch he immediately suggested some ideas for my bathroom renovation/rebuild. I was impressed with his communication and continued with his company for this bathroom rebuild. Through his contacts with suppliers I received advantages pricing and he checked the quote from our own choice builder. A full detailed 3D layout was made . The work was completed according to the drawings and within budget. I can certainly recommend Todd as designer for any home projects. Jos

Todd is absolutely passionate about lighting. He spent many hours designing lighting for our Rosanna renovation. Every room ticks the box of good lighting design as they incorporate all three lighting types: ambient, accent and task. Todd went out of his way to research and make suggestions that met with our budget now and things we could come back to later as well. Great job. Highly recommend him.

Todd took on our extremely difficult project at the top of the Dandenong's, highest fire risk, and a 40 degree block to add to the project. Todd's commitment, unique approach to our project, work ethic, communication, foresight and ideas in how to move through the project have all been amazing. we couldn't have don't it without him. Todd has also helped us through other small projects we have done, so no job is too big or small. highly recommend Todd.

Todd's design work is elegant, modern and extremely well documented. I worked with him to enhance the lighting for his design and found him at all times to be helpful, respectful and courageous in design. the end result of the project we collaborated on was a stunning Modern home, with beautifully designed detail, and spaces that enhance the lifestyle of the owners. I highly recommend Todd for any domestic build.
