PEERLESS FENCE GROUP is associate with Home Depot. PEERLESS FENCE GROUP hires outside contractor to do their jobs for them. PEERLESS FENCE GROUP does NOT supervise of has any contact whatsoever with this contractor while your fence is been installed. The contractor is basically working on its own, if you’re having any issues with the contractor or the installation of your fence, PEERLESS FENCE GROUP does NOT assist you. Do get in contact with one of their employees you have to go through an answering service and or email them and they DO NOT call you back the same day… it took 3 days exactly for someone to call me back as I was having issues with the contractor. Do NOT recommend this company at all.

My experience with Peerless Fence has been horrible. My quote was $2995 for a standard 4 ft high scalloped fence with 2 inch gap between panels. I paid first installment of $1500. They arrived to build my fence in the winter with 3 inches of snow on the ground against my request to wait till spring. The spacing was 3 inch which they insisted was what was quoted. And because of the snow on the ground came to see when it thawed that there were continuous gaps of 6 to 3 inches on the bottom of the fence throughout the perimeter. The idea of a fence is for containment. Nobody buys a fence that animals come and go at will. They haven't made any attempt to fix the issue or admit their mistake. I have tried working with them multiple times to remedy this before making second/final payment without any attempt to fix or discount due to their bad work. They are now threatening a lien on my property and collections. There are many other choices DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! I have pictures.

My neighbor had a fence done by peerless, I went over to talk to the crew to see if they could estimate how much one would be for my yard. They got me set up with an appt for later that week because of a free time a saleswoman had. I haven’t met with just yet but talked on the phone and I am extremely happy with how I am being treated so far. Great company, great customer service and my neighbors fence turned out beautiful.

Peerless replaced an old fence with black aluminum fencing and we love it! It looks so nice. The job was completed in one day albeit a long day and the men stuck with it until the job was done. The two operatives were very hard working and competent. All in all it was an extremely pleasant experience. Our neighbors are going to have one installed in their yard.

I knew nothing about Peerless when I decided to replace my existing (20 year old) fence. I liked that they were local and my sales rep lives 1 town over. They were very personable yet professional. I signed the contract in late July and my fence was completed 6 weeks later. I understand materials were hard to come by due to high demand, but they kept me informed and they delivered as promised. The builders themselves were fun guys, hard working, very professional. We had several challenges, which they handled in stride and consulted with me as needed. Fence looks great and I’m very pleased! Highly recommended!

9/11/2020 - Here is an update that may change your view of Peerless Fence. 8/31/2020 Dean, the owner of Peerless Fence reached out to me and told me he really wants to get all my issues taken care of. He was aware of a large pile of unanswered complaints that he was taking the time to go through and contact each owner personally. He explained how COVID caught them off guard and they were understaffed because of it. He agreed there was no good reason that my complaints were ignored for so long, and apologized. He came out to my house the very next day and looked at each issue I pointed out. The very next day at 8am, a truck pulled up and 2 guys fixed all my fence issues in under 30 mins. It’s too bad it took so long and so much frustration because all said and done, I am very happy with the final product. The fence is beautiful, very sturdy, and worth the price I paid. 8/20/2020 - A quick review of Peerless Fence is simply... Don't hire. The communication is terrible. When they finally do get around to putting up your fence, it is done quick and messy. Pray you have no issues after it is up because you will NOT get them back out to take care of it.

I hired Peerless fence to repair my hydraulic gate closure for my pool fence. I had to pay $700.00 to repair the gate closure. They replaced two hydraulic gate closures whi sell for $50.00 each. The gate still wouldn’t close. Fred said he didnt know why it wouldn’t close and left it that way saying his company would contact us to get some other company to fix it. I told him I hired you because the gate wouldn’t close. Please fix it. I called the company many times to help me with no response. I have 6 grand children and fear for their safety. I would never recommend them

Unfortunately this company is not very professional. Fence looks good but they damaged my property and will not return my calls. Did not even bother to reattach the hardware on my fence. I do not recommend.

They put in a fence that my next door neighbor wanted & since it impeded on my property they gave me a refund for part of what I owed because it was a shared fence but it wasn’t to my liking.
