Karen came up with multiple creative options to help me update my 30 year old kitchen into a modern and functional space. She was always responsive to my ideas and concerns and very easy to work with. I would certainly consider her for future projects.

we hired karen to design and draw plans for an unfinished addition on our house. while we had a general idea of what we wanted, karen brought more of a vision to the layout, providing us with multiple options and highlighting focal points and viewing angles that a normal homeowner would never consider. she has extensive general construction knowledge and was able to address all the structural requirements for our build-out. i'd hire her again.

Karen has the design skills to totally transform your home. She turned our drab and dated 1989 house into a warm and inviting home with updated style. Karen is easy to work with and she has great ideas. We are very pleased with the results. I would recommend Karen for your house remodeling project. She does excellent work.

Commented: cute retro home. what is flooring on the porch?Hi, Thanks! The house is just a few blocks from the beach, but owner occupied. The porch flooring is ceramic tile. I don't know who manufactured the fans. I will see if the builder can tell me.
