The initial install was a bit shoddy but they came thru eventually and fixed everything. You know when the older guy shows up that everything is going to be ok.

Top Shelf was hired to measure and install a glass door on a tiled shower enclosure. The walls were not perfectly plumb or parallel. The glass was cut to accommodate the imperfections and it fit beautifully. The gentleman who installed the glass door arrived when he said he would. I watched him install the door. He was very tidy and knowledgable. He patiently explained what he was doing and throughout the install. I would not hesitate to have him in my home again. Frank

Very pleased with both the showroom and installation services provided by Top Shelf. The installation professional was efficient, the sales staff were knowledgeable and worked with me to find a more economic solution to my bathroom remodel needs. The tiling and surround were a DIY install and they really put the professional finish on the job. They were recommended to me by a home building company and I am grateful.

Company has very fast customer support response, which I give one star But poor product quality, and they do not care how customer feels, only thing matter to this company is "revenue". I suggest stay away from this company or you are extremely good and "Quality Control" which I think the company should do at first place.

Hello Dapeng Xu;

You contacted our office after using your shower for 17 months (as you noted above, your shower was installed November, 2014) and requested we fix a scratched panel free of charge.

The initial walk through with your site supervisor at possession, as well as your trades days, are in place to allow you to make note of these issues so a situation like this does not arise. You had one full year to bring this issue to the attention of either your home builder or to Top Shelf directly and you did not do so. Your home builder has strict walk through policies before possession and we would have been asked to replace a scratch like this before you moved in.

You may want to think of this situation as similar to when you purchase a car. If you returned it after 17 months and asked them to fix a scratch on it, they would be unable to assist you for free either!

We strive to provide our customers with a quality product and are proud of being able to service all issues within our warranty period which complies with the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.

Bev at Top Shelf worked with me to create my walk in closet organizer. She was very knowledgeable about their product, courteous and very helpful. Bev asked me what my requirements were and what was on my wish list and from there she designed and created a beautiful functional closet for me. There was no pressure to buy what I did not require. I received exactly what I wanted. The time line from start to finish was less than two weeks. Jessie, their installer was very professional and courteous and did a wonderful job. My closet was installed within one hour. My son and daughter-in-law bought a new house and had Top Shelf install their master walk in closet and I loved it so much I had to have one too. Top Shelf has a showroom with all of their products set up and on display so it makes decision making easy and you get to choose your own budget.

Great experience. Four closets! Jim was our designer. Jason and Carlos our installers. Jim was patient, respectful of our budget, and listened. Jason and Carlos, true craftsmen. I have 3 more to go. Highly recommend!
