I would suggest avoiding Tracy Tyler designs Hired to measure, design and install a small 16 cabinet kitchen, he was expensive compared to the box stores but he guaranteed custom quality cabinets top quality and his work would be impeccable But seems he completely botched the measurements, could not even follow his own cad drawings and made many errors just ordering the cabinets, The dominos started falling from the time he walked in with the first cabinet that was not even to the plans and drawings Tracy Tyler created. Sink plumbing ended up between two cabinets, stove exhaust stack is now offset by 4” cabinets that should have finished ends ordered without. He admitted his mistakes and then promised to fix them all. Promised and promised to correct the issues HE created. We tried to find a solution and get past the mistakes. We tried to accept his mistakes just to get the job completed. The fact that the sink was now offset to the window above it, the corner cabinets have single 45deg door instead of the 2 door 90deg that the plans called for plus many other issues including trash bin cab, loss of 4” of cabinets and countertop for him to just cut off contact and demand more money for an incomplete kitchen that does not even match his own drawings. Overall just incompetence from the start, but did blame the homeowner for his mistakes and expected to be paid more for trying to overcome the fact he failed to properly measure or ordered the correct cabinets for a kitchen remodel So in the end instead of a happy customer. He just created a big issue and turned him and his suppliers into defendants and my cabinets into Swiss cheese he drilled so many holes in them that were unnecessary

I am an interior designer and working with Tracy was a excellent experience, one of the best I've had. He has worked on several projects for me including one of my personal homes. I have found him to be professional and proficient as well as courteous, on time and on budget. He is also very easy to communicate with and has an inate ability to visualize the finish project.

Gutted the 1993 original upstairs bathroom, supervised: New tiled shower, vanity, sinks, mirror and light fixtures. Mr. Tyler was always respectful, on-time, polite ,responsible and understanding. Payments were requested in a timely manner; there were no financial issues. Mr Tyler is hard-working and made sure that there were no 'surprises.' Mr. Tyler is a good listener and communicator.

Tracy Tyler is the most creative, detail oriented professional we have encountered in Florida. We had a unique problem that he analyzed and came up with a brilliant solution that required offsite fabrication. Her personally researched and constructed the parts. He then brought them to our house and installed them flawlessly. We really appreciated the fact that this was done in an expedient manner with minimal disruption and virtually no "construction" mess in our home. We would most enthusiastically recommend him for any project.

This man produces AMAZING work. It is almost super human. I am truly thankful I was able to find him. He is honest, dependable and knows his craft.

Tracy Tyler was involved in the renovation of my ranch house. His work was beautifully done and of very high quality. He designed and built a bathroom vanity, some very cool bathroom mirrors, cabinetry for the summer kitchen and some gates leading from my back porch into my carport. As with any construction project there are many subs that get involved. In my case there were a couple that were not qualified to do the work they were assigned and it was h*ll getting the work done right. In the case of Tracy, he followed up a couple months after the work was all done, and without any request from me or the contractor I used, he contacted me to say he was unhappy with the quality of one aspect of the job and told me he was completely rebuilding it. I was floored, in a very, very positive way. His attention to quality and making sure the job was done right was really impressive and greatly appreciated. I have known Mr. Tyler and his work professionally for over 20 years. In that time he has always been the consumate professional. For fhis reason when it came time to design and remodel our lower level in Ohio, I chose to fly Mr. Tyler up from Florida to handle the entire project. From his attention to detail, eye for design, creative ideas, his precise craftsmanship, and taking on the task of running the entire job and dealing with subcontractors, quite simply, he is the best in the business. I hired Tracy Tyler to remodel our pool bathroom. Tracy did a wonderful job suggesting that rather than gut the bathroom completely, to tile over the exiting shower and floor, since it was in great shape and just needed updating. He than put in new cabinetary , closets and shower doors while cordinating the plumbing and tile work. I found his work to be first class, and if anyone was going to be delayed for an appointed time, Tracy would give me a phone call. I

We hired Tracy Tyler to provide a built-in bookshelf/ Murphy Bed unit, a window seat with drawers, and cabinetry for a wet bar area in an addition on our home. He drew up plans, met with us to review the plans, built and intalled all items. The work was completed on schedule, for the agreed upon price, and is beautiful. Tracy is a perfectionist, and we are extremely happy with the work he did for us.
