We’ve been enjoying our new kitchen created by Trade Mark for almost 10 months now and we love it! We appreciate the work that the Trade Mark team did at our humble home. We have an old Victorian home. Our project was a complete gut renovation of the kitchen as well as partial renovations of the mud room and an attic bathroom. The kitchen was the most significant challenge and we went into the process with a very optimistic hope that we could redefine the limited & restricted spaces that we had. Paul had the vision that matched our goals and he was very creative in designing a new kitchen that made our hopes come true. The Trade Mark team worked very hard to build things into tight spaces. Additionally, the Trade Mark team was flexible enough to address issues around our kitchen area that were much bigger than anticipated and they resolved them all. We are thankful that Trade Mark was our design & build firm.

After living in a set borrowed from “Mad Men” for over ten years, my husband and I decided it was time to renovate our kitchen. We knew it was not going to be an easy task and had to find the right craftsmen for the job. From the first time I spoke with Paul on the phone, I had a good feeling. He was knowledgeable and provided us with an itemized, detailed quote; no stone was left unturned. Paul helped us at the appliance store, granite and tile stores to ensure that we picked the most appropriate items for our kitchen. After meeting with several kitchen design & build contractors in the Bergen County NJ area, my wife and I engaged TradeMark Design & Build for a full kitchen renovation in December 2017. Trademark Design & Build is the definition of professional. They create accurate plans. They have installed many Warmup floor heating systems and they have never had a problem. Their finished designs are beautiful. Whenever I recommend a homeowner to them, I know they will be happy with their remodel.

Just wanted to take a moment to give the strongest recommendation possible to Trade Mark and more specifically Paul. Although we never actually hired them we did have Paul quote out on a total kitchen remodel and addition and Paul was by far the most professional, creative and organized company we quoted and engaged. He was fantastic to work with and if not for changes in our own financial situation we would have unquestionably moved forward with them. Paul's pricing was very competitive and his design provided the best value bar none. With that said, what set Trade mark apart was Paul's ability to visualize and design a kitchen configuration that no one else could see. He is truly talented. We chose Trade Mark to design and install our new kitchen following a recommendation from our architect. Paul (design) and Dan (installation) were great to work with and we are extremely happy with the final result. We made some big changes part way through the design process and Paul took full advantage of the additional space to help achieve what we were looking for. No one can believe that this renovation of a cape to a colonial with a walk-up attic was completed in 7 weeks! We cannot say enough to praise this company and the workmen they employ. Conscientious and professional throughout the project. Even neighbors stopped us repeatedly to comment on the efficiency and work ethic of the construction crew. Planning and oversight of the project was a top priority of the general contractor. Personal guidance and advice were also welcomed features which contributed to a timely completion. For future projects, Trade Mark is at the top of our list!!!

Trade Mark Interiors renovated our kitchen and bathrooms and we couldn’t be happier. Not only did I need to find a reputable contractor to completely renovate our kitchen, but also someone who was able to identify and fix all of the deficiencies left by our previous contractor. After an agonizing 3-year ordeal with our previous Englewood Cliffs-based designer/contract, we were left with leaking showers, loose tiles, and a non-working radiant floor heating system. I met with at least 4 different contractors, checked references, portfolios, and assessed the design ability of each. Ultimately, I selected Trade Mark Interiors based in Hawthorne, NJ. Owners Paul and Dan and their team were first tasked with fixing our bathrooms. What started out as replacing loose tiles quickly turned into the discovery of mold from incorrectly installed showers. The scope of work transitioned into an entire gut-job with remediation. Although this took more time than we initially thought, had it not been for their thorough exploratory work, we would never have known that mold was infiltrating both bathrooms. The bathrooms turned out great with a noticeable difference in workmanship. The larger, more exciting project was our Kitchen Remodel and Home Bar! Paul met with our designer and offered a variety of materials and styles from which to choose. We wanted something unique and modern, rather than traditional and boring, and Trade Mark exceeded our expectations. The sourcing of such unique materials as wood from a recently dismantled barn in the midwest, to a modern zinc encased resin countertop, really gave Trade Mark an edge over other run-of-the-mill kitchen contractors. Their workmanship and attention to detail was remarkable and it was refreshing to have the same workers in our home day after day (our previous contractor subbed everything out to countless different companies). Throughout the project, Paul and his team were in constant communication through their project management application. This ensured that all concerns and requests were met, right down to the last detail. The photos of our kitchen and bar speak for themselves, but needless to say, we are extremely happy with the finished products. There are so many contractors in Northern Jersey who cut corners to make a quick buck. We found ourselves in that mess with our first contractor. Fortunately, Trade Mark has proven to be reasonable, honest, and very talented. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend consulting with Paul for your Kitchen renovation!

We worked with Trade Mark to build a brand new Master Bathroom and absolutely loved the result. Paul made everything really easy for us from the beginning and came up with the optimal design of exactly where to place it within our bedroom and how to arrange it inside. Since this was a brand new room we were creating our we had a “dream bathroom” in mind and it turned out even better than we imagined. Their workers are fantastic, the same people throughout the entirety of the job so we always felt comfortable with them in our home. Their work is top quality and I really appreciated how impeccably clean they always left the worksite. Trade Mark really leads with service - anytime I wanted to change or modify something they were always accommodating and they truly expect perfection in their projects and settle for nothing less. After being so pleased with our bathroom we have already hired them again for another project in our home which to no surprise is coming along brilliantly. I highly recommend.

Kept to the timetable plus two great company employed skilled craftsmen who were at our home handling demo through completion. Paul's attention to detail was essential and partner Dan's workmanship in installing cabinets and all other elements in the space was also excellent. Turnkey operation was a key for us in their dealing with tradesmen plus attendance to select appliances to flooring, tiles, etc.

I totally redid my kitchen with Trade Mark Design & Build and am thrilled with the results. Since I really needed a lot of guidance figuring out what I wanted, I appreciated that Trade Mark patiently worked with me to refine the designs over and over again until I was satisfied we got everything just right. They really thought about every last detail and guided me through not only the overall layout and cabinetry but also the selecting of everything from appliances to countertops, from tiles to lighting to wall paint color. I liked that they don't hire random day workers - they have only regular long-term workers so I felt totally comfortable leaving them alone in my house at all times. They were great about cleaning up really well every day throughout the job. I would definitely use them again!
