Came and installed 2 new air conditioners on July 19, 2023. Installer damaged the breaker operating our stove. Installer denied any responsibility and left. They sent another serviceman who was completely without personality or knowledge. We called Rayco Electric, and they showed us where the installer had damaged our breaker, they replaced the breaker, and the stove worked like new. Contacted management, and they only provide lip service. Waiting for them to reimburse $262.84 for the Rayco bill. Choose someone else for your AC needs!!

Amazing company and trust Worthy! Our neighbors recommended them and so glad they did. Fixed us right up! Great bunch of guys working for them too!

He was very thorough . Did not sign up for maintance because the 3 times i called about a problem , you blew me off. He agreed that it was a problem but couldn’t resolve. No wait till i have to pay for it.

The experience was excellent. I called Sunday morning around 10 AM and my air conditioner was repaired by 12:30 PM. Very fast service. Technician Jose T. was very professional and did an excellent job replacing the condenser fan motor. Jose is an excellent representative for your company.

The technician was extremely friendly, clean and professional! We have been a customer for almost 10 years and have never been disappointed! Our Trust of their expertise is great! We have a service contract and have been very thankful for the service they have provided.

i am totally grateful to Tri-County for helping me. My A/C konked out Thursday night, just before the long labor day weekend and the approaching hurricane. The part i needed would have to be ordered and would not arrive until sometime next week. I was in a bit of a panic, and was not sure what my 3 kitties and i would do to survive! Then, the office called me back, about an hour after the technician had left, and told me that they had gone ahead and searched thru their warehouses and had found the part that i needed!! A technician returned in a few hours, installed the part, and may kitties and i were cool again. THANK YOU tri-county, and my kitties say MEOW

Another example of why we are happy to continue using Tri county as our HVAC service provider. They are outstanding in giving us the best service and professional care. My wife and I are most satisfied with today's service call and the technician who took care of our concerns.

am updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars! Let me tell you, this is THE ONLY A/C COMPANY I WOULD EVER USE! EVERYONE needs to give them a chance first before they make other choices. They walk their talk! After several issues with our new system that was installed several months ago, they replaced the system - WITHOUT HESITATION. Their customer service is second to NO ONE in this industry. I have referred many clients to them and they have had the exact experience - outstanding! Their conservative approach to solutions for problems is appreciated and respected by all my clients; not jumping into replacement or spending a lot of your money. Their entire staff truly care about their customer's experience. I stand by Tri-County Air! Thank you Billy, Jeff and staff for caring about our experience and making things right!!

Terrific company!! I was not happy with my previous service from a competitor and my sister highly recommended TriCounty. When my AC went out I called them in the morning and even though i was not an established customer, they sent someone out the same day. I first spoke to Emily who was very nice and helpful. I later spoke to Tim to verify that i had given them the correct information. Tim was also very pleasant and assured me that someone would be there. They get to everyone the same day. When Ed arrived, he was so nice and pleasant. He seemed as fresh and efficient as if it was his first call of the day! Soooooo happy! i would highly recommend this company. I will be a customer from now on!

I was very pleased with our prompt service and our problem was solved and fixed. We have used Tri County since we built the house{23 years } and have always been happy. They have put 2 air conditioners in and do a very professional job at a fair price.
