Our president, Todd Wellborn, was born in Lawrenceville GA to a banker father and stay-at-home mother. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in finance, he worked in commercial banking before earning his MBA from Vanderbilt University. Following graduate school, he worked in investment banking for the firms of SunTrust and Dean Witter specializing in bond trading. Mr. Wellborn started his own corporation in 1995 where he began building high-end residences in the Buckhead section of Atlanta before expanding his business to Charlotte and Dallas, where his moved his operational base in 2007.
