I had an excellent experience working with TWG Fabrics. I had a picture in my head of exactly what I wanted-sometimes that makes looking for what you want even harder than when you have an open mind. I went to the showroom, and the man there took my information and I was contacted by Norman that day to set up a home visit. The next day, David came to my home with books of fabric samples. He listened to what I wanted and looked at pictures I had, and we found the perfect fabric for my shades. He talked me through all my options and answered all my questions. He even answered questions I didn't know I had to ask! He was very knowledgeable and personable. Ten days later, Norman called to let me know my blinds were ready, and he was able to schedule David to come the next day to install them. Installation was quick and clean, and David made sure I was happy with everything before he left. I had a great experience with TWG, and David was easy to work with.

We ordered shades for our large kitchen windows, and the staff at TWG Fabric couldn't have been more professional, courteous, and helpful. The shades arrived and were installed within a couple weeks of ordering. They look fantastic!

I hired TWG Fabrics to provide and install Hunter Douglas brand bespoke (eleven individual window openings) interior hard wood shutters. Mr Klein provided professional and courteous service during my visit the TWG showroom, during the initial home visit to measure the window openings, as well as during the installation and follow up visits to my home. I want to especially thank the TWG staff that installed shutters in my home for their kind and professional interactions with me and the members of my family.

We had six dining room chair seats reupholstered by TWG Fabrics. We were happy with the fabric we selected from their stock. My husband and I were very pleased with the results of TWG's workmanship. We felt the cost was competitive. TWG finished the project in the time they had stated to us. In fact, a bit ahead of the stated finish time.

TWG Fabrics was highly recommended to me from a friend who was extremely happy with their work. I moved into a new home and needed help with window treatments. I called Norman and he was extremely professional with great insight of what he thought I needed. Needless to say I could not be happier with my choices. The installer was also very professional and took good care on making sure my home was left very clean. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND both Norman and TWG FABRICS!!!

So I had Norman from TWG Fabrics come to our home to help me choose window treatments. I have Lived in my home for 7 years and was always having trouble on finding a treatment that fit my taste. When Norman from TWG came with all the samples we found the perfect Hunter Douglas shade for my Dinning Room, Living Room and Patio Door Sliders. Norman is very professional and informative on all the different types of window treatments. My husband was so happy with the choices. I finally feel our house is complete.
