Excellent service, excellent results! I couldn’t have been happier with the job done by Alessandro renovating my 40 years old run down bathroom! Not only it has been such a beautiful and immaculate transformation, I have really appreciated the meticulous care and commitment given oin the whole process, and how Alessandro and his team took great initiatives of problem solving when faced with setbacks of a very old and cheaply made building. I can’t wait for another renovation project with Alesi Design!

Ho incontrato, per la prima volta, circa tre anni or sono, l'architetto Umberto Alesi ad un business meeting a Dubai. Poi ancora altre volte in missioni imprenditoriali in: Macedonia, Russia, Egitto, Bulgaria, Repubblica Ceca, Ungheria..... Ho sempre apprezzato il suo lavoro di progettista e di capacità di relazione interpersonali. A dicembre 2015 gli ho affidato la ristrutturazione del Centro Turisti Eurotel a Grottammere nelle Marche. Un lavoro eccellente. Una perfetta sintesi tra moderno ed essenziale. Bravo anche nel gestire il cantiere e nella scelta delle aziende che ci ha presentato. Molto soddisfatto. Penso che in futuro collaboreremo ancora con questo professionista.

Ho conosciuto Umberto poco dopo essere arrivato in Italia. Si è stabilita una collaborazione e una amicizia che continua ancora dopo oltre venti anni. Insieme abbiamo collaborato a molti progetti di interni e alla creazione di oggetti di arredo, fra cui la Lila Lantern.

Conosco Umberto da circa 2 anni. Inizialmente sono stato contattato perché interessato alla tecnologa BIM (Building Information Modelling) e in qualità di docente di Autodesk Revit, ho cercato di fornirgli tutte gli strumenti utili perché potesse adottare questo innovativo standard lavorativo di cui è fortemente entusiasta. Appassionato di informatica e amante del suo lavoro di architetto che esercita con gran passione, Umberto rappresenta un modello di professionista, definirei di “prossima generazione”, dove alla consolidata esperienza si unisce la ricerca di soluzioni innovative per il conseguimento di risultati superiori in tempi e con risorse ridotte. Una mente vivace, in continuo aggiornamento personale, Umberto si rende spesso promotore di iniziative supportate dall’Ordine degli architetti di Ascoli Piceno, che evidenziano il suo interesse nel condividere la propria esperienza e creare le condizioni giuste per “fare rete”.

Aside from being very knowledgeable, his ability to work independently and glean from a skeleton brief and help build a robust set of requirements for the project was impressive. His ability to describe the dos and don’ts and implement these was also impressionable. My colleagues nor I would hesitate working with Umberto in a similar capacity. He read the project very well and is methodical, clear and receptive to ideas which made matters lite for something that was untidy and difficult to sort out and implement.
