Even though the quality and style of the (10) pots I purchased was absolutely perfect, the best part of the experience was the agent (Jason) I dealt with. He was helpful, humorous, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered my questions and helped me make the best decisions for my purchases.

We ordered Bronze dolphin fountains for our pool, they are amazing! Great quality. The owner of Yard Art kept me up to date with any delays and the delivery of the products, excellent customer service! I would highly recommend them.

We had a huge maple tree removed from our front yard, which had a very interesting looking stump. My wife, an Ikebana artist, wanted to place a very large, low profile, blue bowl on the stump and plant a miniature bonsai tree in it surrounded by flowering perennials. We already have a number of blue bowls and pots in our front landscape and this new addition is now the centerpiece of our front yard landscape. We searched all over the northwest and could find nothing remotely close to the size that we wanted. We discovered Yard Art Inc. during a google search and found exactly the bowl we desired. It's made of fiber-reinforced concrete, which kept the wall thickness and weight to a minimum. It didn't come in the color we wanted, but we sent a paint sample to Yard Art and they produced the beautiful custom bowl we now have. The lawn, which covered the whole front yard, was reduced to two green islands and the space surrounding the stump was covered with Montana rainbow river rock. As of this writing, the project is complete exept for populating the bowl with plantings, which will be done next Spring. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and couldn't have done it without Yard Art

I had a very specific landscaping vision that I wanted to implement around the pool of my new home. I needed custom made Corten steel planters... which is a very complicated material in terms of rust runoff, fabrication and a lot of plusses and minuses. But, it's a look you really can't get with any other material. Since I new exactly what I wanted to do, I found hiring a landscaper was more than I needed... but on the other hand, I new nothing about landscaping. Jason at Yard Art perfectly fit the niche between these two. His knowledge, contacts in the industry, as well as patience in answering all questions makes him the right person to go to if you are a retail customer with a specific vision you want to implement in your yard. And I really have to add that his customer service is much greater than what you would get going directly to a fabricator and his pricing extremely competitive.

Right from the start, I felt confident with this company which I found from an internet search. I had found a new fountain at a local shop near my home but wasn't sure if the price was comparable so went online for a price check. I found the exact same fountain, in a smaller size (which suited our needs much better) and for half the price. I had some questions before placing the order and called the toll-free number which was answered quickly and directly. The fountain arrived as planned and is wonderful.

I ordered a total of eight planters and arranged them to fit tightly next to one another as a continuous planter around a small splash pool. The variety of sizes (lengths) allowed my to precisely fit three separate distances. The planters were commercial quality, well constructed, and nicely finished. All welds were sanded and smooth. The powder coat paint was consistent between planters resulting in a very satisfying result. I was even able to buy some additional powder to paint the adjacent railings the exact color. The Yard Art sales representative was attentive and responsive to all questions and technical requests. The planters were exactly as described and were delivered on time. I recommend Yard Art and would gladly transact with them again.

Bought an expensive outdoor fountain. After searching found Yard Art had the best price. Had a problem with assembly. Yard Art immediately contacted manufacture and the problem was resolved. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a $50 credit for my trouble. These days it's nice to find that kind of support.

Love our custom fire pit! It is hardlined to an underground propane tank and lights with a key and a match. Jason was great to work with and we couldn’t be happier with the service and final product. I contacted Jason during the planning of our landscape project. I visited his office and spent time with him on the phone. In every conversation he was patient (I asked the most basic questions) and knowledgeable. He does beautiful custom fountains and I thought about getting one of those, but decided to opt for a cost-effective but pretty, prefab fountain for our very small space. I ended up ordering the Austin Fountain from him. I highly recommend Yard Art and Jason to anyone who wants falling water in their landscape. Yard Art did a wonderful job with these planters. I was a little worried ordering through email as the company I work for is based out of Colorado and Yard Art is in California. I normally like to see and touch items such as these prior to purchase. My worries were unfounded, however. The planters arrived sized just as I had ordered them with a perfect finish. I couldn't be happier and our clients were just as excited.

I love this fire pit. I had it installed during my new home construction and it is exactly the unique piece I was looking for to add some style with good functionality to my outdoor living space. I have this installed on a Trex deck. I confirmed with both the Trex deck distributor and the fire pit manufacturer that there would not be any safety or fire hazard by installing this fire pit on the Trex deck. It looks exactly as it appeared in the online catalog. It is very easy to turn on and off. It does create a nice ambiance and it generates a lot of heat. It is much more convenient and cleaner than burning logs but of course you do not get the nice smell of real wood burning nor the crackle of the real fire. I love the look of this fire pit. I spent several weeks browsing online to get ideas for a gas fire pit I could use on my deck. I was almost ready to give up because I was not finding any I liked but then I found this one. This square design is unique and with all of the options for color of the fire pit and color of the fire glass (if you choose glass instead of lava rocks) it gives you the opportunity to customize this to fit your outdoor space. I definitely recommend it. I did not install it myself so I cannot comment about the ease of installation for anyone planning to do it yourself. The HVAC installer ran the gas line to the fire pit and performed the installation for me. But I did not hear of any specific complaints or concerns from him so I assume it was a smooth installation. Before I placed the order I had questions and I contacted Yard Art. I actually was able to speak with someone involved with building the fire pits, not a customer service representative. He was able to advise me on questions I had about the finish options and what would be best to meet my needs. I was quoted a fairly long lead time of several weeks because these are built to order, but it arrived over one week ahead of schedule. Overall I am happy with the fire pit and the service I received from Yard Art.

I bought a beautiful planter from Yard Art for my wife for Christmas. She had asked for a specific planter from Terrain/Anthropogie and Yard Art had the exact planter she was looking for at a way better price. There was a minor glitch getting the delivery by Christmas, but Jason from yard art made sure that we got it on time by driving it to our actual house an hour away!

I ordered a standard rectangular sized natural gas fire pit because it fit my needs, but was told custom sizes are available. There fire pit arrived on the date promised and was up and running the next day. The workmanship is top notch and the powder coat finishes are flawless. My wife and I could not be happier with our purchase. It is perfect! Sitting out on our patio the other night by the fire having some wine and watching the Super Moon on a November night in Chicago was just unreal. Give Jason a call, you won't regret it.

Love my slab aluminum planter from Yard Art! I went to Yard Art to buy the Corten steel planter, but Jason advised me the Corten would leave rust stains on my travertine. I was amazed how light the Aluminum planter is and liked the aged/rusted powder coat exterior. The shelf inside makes the depth perfect to plant my succulents without adding a huge amount of soil and weight. I ordered it with drainage holes and they work very well. 30"H X 36"W X 10"D

Good product. Easy to work with and got back to us in a timely manner. I was little concerned buying all of this over the internet without being able to actually see and touch the containers, but everything was as advertised, came in on time, and our client is very happy with the product. I am a satisfied customer and would be more than willing to recommend Jason and Yard art for a custom project. From my first phone call until the planters and water feature were unloaded from the truck, I have had excellent service. I searched the Internet for a water feature and planters only to realize we would need a custom piece. I loved the standard tall rectuglar planter and had a specific water feature in mind. Jason worked closely with me answering questions and making recommendations for a product that would work well by the pool. The aluminum coated finish is great! The color is true and we are ecstatic over the water feature. Our version of Texas modern. Our only disappointment was in the length of time it took to get the order. I contacted Yard Art in 2014 to discuss having planters fabricated for a, fairly, complex situation. I am the designer/consultant for a student union at a big ten university. We have a new multi-million dollar building that is, mostly, self sustaining and had an area in need of planters that would be suitable for the location. I worked with Jason via email and telephone correspondence and his knowledge of the behavior of the manufacturing materials and process was spot on. While several committee decisions were on the table; he continued to, patiently, work towards the final outcome desired. Perfect effort was made to ensure that our needs would be met on time. My wife and I needed to stage a house for sale we did not have a huge budget for the back yard. The yard was small and needed to be transformed into a cute inviting space. I found Yard Art online after talking with Jason we sent him some images and the size of the yard. He suggested we get a couple of planters to set on opposite sides of the patio with a bench between the them on the far side. It was perfect, we had a small fire pit, added a couple of chairs and it was a perfect little outside space. The planters and bench came on time. We highly recommend Jason because of the advise on our project, great products to choose from and the delivery was on time
