You couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful person than Chris. The dog bed that I got from him is absolutely beautiful! The skill level that it would take to craft something like this is amazing. The old world rustic look is something out of the 1800's and the solid wood construction to me means that this will last for decades if not longer. Wow! What an operation! They not only answered everyone of my emails, they were polite and patient. The owner delivered the cabinets hundreds of miles, in excellent condition. I even had a last minute order they filled! I love these cabinets. Rustic, and well built. Highly recommend.

In the fall of 2012, I commissioned Vienna Woodworks to build all new bathroom cabinetry. I challenged them to inlay turquoise into the items made of antique barn wood. This was more than a bit scary as I never once saw the items until delivered as I live in NM and they are in MN. The vessel sink vanity, linen cabinet, double medicine cabinet, toilet cabinet and light fixture box were built to my exact requirements and are beautiful!! Coupled with a completely new tile job and new fixtures, my bathroom is now my favorite room in the house! I plan to commission many more items from VW over the next few years - all custom. Chris and Beth were always very friendly and accommodating on the phone and by email. The wait was well worth it! By the way, they even used a picture of my linen cabinet on this website, as it is truly a "showcase" item.
