Where to begin? From the moment my husband and I met Ted and Paul 10 years ago, we were impressed by their professionalism, industry knowledge and warmth. And as we worked more closely with them and the entire Visnic Homes team, our respect for them only grew. The people at Visnic Homes understand the importance of details and quality workmanship. They get as excited as their clients about creating a home that is unique to their clients' needs and tastes, and they deliver on their promises. In addition to quality workmanship, honesty and integrity were paramount to my husband and me when selecting a custom builder. Visnic Homes is synonymous with these attributes. Although our home was completed 9 years ago, we continue to call on Ted and Paul with questions others might find bothersome; not Ted and Paul. My husband and I contracted Visnic Homes to build our dream home in 2006. When interviewing builders, Ted Visnic asked me "what side of the house would you like to see the sun come up on", I knew then he was the [artist] builder we wanted. His attention to detail and design skill is unsurpassed. We are celebrating our 7th year in our home and I love it today as much as I did when we first moved in. Ted and his team were not only responsive during construction through completion, they remain committed to ensuring that our experience with Visnic Homes remains a positive one. .

My husband and I are currently building our dream home. This is our 5th new build, and we have been intimately involved in all of them. By far, the quality and professionalism by this company far exceeds all others, and by a landslide. We are still in the middle of construction (at sheetrock), but I have NEVER seen such good work. The materials used, the cleanliness of the site, the knowledge of everyone at the site. I can walk up to anyone there and they know exactly what the plan is, and where they are against the schedule. They listen to everything I say, and if I make a comment about something, even an observation, it is usually implemented the next time I visit. Ted Visnic is a collaborator of the highest degree. He is hands on, and very passionate about every detail of everything that has his name on it. I'm proud to say my home is being built by Visnic Homes.
