Worst experience! I returned some tile to them, and now, more than 4 months later, still have not received a refund on thousands of dollars. Everything has been bungled. I also ordered different tile from them--just delivered--and the colors are quite a bit different from the sample. I am considering returning this, but just cannot go through this again. This company is not reliable and possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Awful customer service! I ordered cafe milk gloss tile to do a kitchen backsplash. Ofcourse you have to order through a dealer who assured me it was in stock and would be delivered within 2 weeks. They sent wrong tile and now 7 weeks later still have not received! unfortunately I should have used the TILE BAR online which has an identical tile and $30 shipping! I paid over $200+ and I probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference. And you don't have to use a dealer. obviously my order was too small for them to care!

In the middle of a bathroom renovation for a client, we found out most of our tiles were out of stock which would put a big delay on the whole project. In a pinch, I went to Walker Zanger and as if by magic, they were able to get the exact tiles we needed to the site on time for our original schedule. My rep, Alix, was a pleasure to work with: positive, professional, attentive, knowledgable and responsive every step of the way. When we needed a few stray pieces at the end - no problem - she went the extra mile to find them and get them to my client pronto. I will go to Walker Zanger first for my next bathroom project for sure!
