Good experience with cbd movers. Guys were perfect. The only problem was size of ghe truck.

2 guys from CBD movers helped dismantle and transport furniture from my place to my grandma's place. They even helped move my grandma's old furniture out of the way and reassemble the new furniture in its place. The guys were on time and were very professional, using thick blankets during the move to protect the furniture. Highly recommend them!

Avoid at all costs. Had sold our house booked CBD Movers for the move last week. 3 bedroom house moving 8 km. Truck and 2 men were booked for between 7 - 9am. At 9am when the truck hadn't arrived I rang the company. Was told they'd check with the driver and call me back within 5 min. No call back and after half hour I called them again and was told the truck broke down but another one would be there at 12pm. I explained that settlement was booked for 3pm and we needed to be out of the house by then and was assured it could be done. 12pm no truck. Called CBD Movers again and told again that they would check with the driver and call me back in 5 min. No call back. Called the and was on hold. After 15 min on hold the calls automatically get dropped. Called again and was told the driver was delayed at an earlier job but would be there at 3pm. 3pm no truck. On hold or waiting for call back until 4.30pm when CBD movers advised they weren't able to do the job and had rescheduled for the following Monday. I argued that we needed to be made a priority for the next day as the house had been sold and we had to be out of it. CBD said they would send a truck first thing the following day. To my joy the truck arrived the following day. 2 very skinny young men looked at our job and said it was to big for them and to my horror they got in their truck and drove away. We ended up having to hire a truck and called in all the available family and friends to help and we moved ourselves.

CBD Movers come to my place in Melbourne to relocate my furniture to Brisbane. They made my move stress-free and were friendly. If I ever have to move again I would call CBD Movers. You get what you pay for and they move all your stuff carefully without any damage.
