Jon Pacho Painting and his crew painted the interior of our house. They did amazing job, we are very happy and satisfied with them. We definitely use them again. We highly recommended them for any painting job.

Pacho build put in a complex roof extension to our victorian London terrace. From the start Johnathan gave us excellent advice on the shape the build should take which materially improved the architect’s design. He also liaised with our nervous neighbours and reassured them throughout the project, which made the whole thing much smoother. The team was hardworking, friendly and considerate of the inhabitants so that they minimised any disruption from the build. They took pride in doing the job well- and dealt with any structural issues that arose really professionally (the house is old!). The team ensured a top quality finish across the board, and the bathroom was really beautifully done. This was quite a feat as our architect had an ambitious design - one of the walls of the bathroom was a one way mirror that was demanding to install. Johnathan knows the market well ans sourced top quality materials and ensured third party contractors such as the scaffolders were top notch- we were nervous as we have a glass extension, and he managed the process very well. The quality of the build as a whole is excellent - my father who is an engineer was very happy with their work, and we are truly happy with the outcome. Last, i should mention the team have been very good about finishing the project well and doing any follow up tasks. I would therefore completely recommend Pacho build for your project as Johnathan and his team are skilled, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Pacho Build carried out a side return extension for us which involved many features that we were pleased with, exposed brickwork, exposed structural steels and skylights. Johnathan was very helpful with his knowledge and design ideas. Project managed the whole job dealing with the local authorities which weren't too easy to deal with. The whole team was polite with a great attitude to the job done to a high standard. We are pleased with the finish and recommend to anyone who wants a professional service.

From the very start Johnathan and his team showed enthusiasm and determination that saw huge changes each day making me confident in the choice of building company I had chosen. I did my research in trying to find the best team I could but there will always be that element of fear for such a huge project and I’m very pleased with my choice. We got 5 quotes from other companies but speaking with Johnathan was the obvious choice. Before the works had even begun, we went over the plans where he advised I made changes to really maximize space, which we did and so thankful for that helpful advice. We discussed the layout and how to best construct the floor plan to get the most out of our double dormer loft build. During the scaffold erection, Johnathan even had one of his team present to help facilitate. Then at the start of the project during the demolition phase they dismantled the entire roof and ripped everything out somehow keeping the downstairs (where we continued to live with a 2.5yr old) dust free. I could see the team were good especially seeing the steels go up and was reinforced by the fact the building inspector commented “they certainly know what they’re doing”. Throughout the build, Johnathan kept me up to date and was very cautious we were on a limited budget giving advice on optional extras such as a skylight and new boiler that we needn’t get (we did), but for him to point out those added luxury benefits we appreciated throughout. The bathroom is our favourite part of the build, the tiling and sealing is superb and the amount of positive comments we’ve had from family/friends has shown the level of work. Other areas that I feel should be mentioned is that the team were respectful and considerate to not just us but our neighbors too. A very friendly team that even our direct neighbors commented on as well. Johnathan and his team have turned what was a old and dark 1 bedroom with ensuite into 2 bright double bedrooms with a walk in closet and family sized bathroom. Money extremely well spent and building work to match. When ready, we’d like to have them back to complete work downstairs. Thank you to all in the Pacho Build team.

Pacho recently carried out the extension and renovation of my home. They gave me a competitive quote and I am happy to say that they provided an excellent service throughout. They basically managed the whole project which was a big help as we are busy with work and the kids. I only had to deal with one person from planning to completion and they delivered on everything promised to a high standard in good time.

We instructed Johnathan and his team to carry out renovations in our London flat. Johnathan was very helpful on his initial visit to the property and explained in detail how we could achieve our desired finish. He also provided a full quotation in a very quick time. Johnathan and his team have just completed Phase 1 of our renovations and we are delighted and amazed at how quickly and efficiently the work has been carried out. They have worked extremely hard excavating a new patio area, organised new drainage and laid a fabulous new patio. We are delighted with the finished garden area Phase 2 is to include removing several internal walls to make a large kitchen/living area - installation of a new French Door and fitting a new kitchen. Johnathan has very efficiently been arranging the planning and architect for this Phase. Following the successful conclusion of Phase 1 of our project, I have confidence that Johnathan and his team will carry out the rest of our renovations to a high standard.
