They took my payment ($3.5k) on July 15 and it's been an absolute mess since then. Still waiting for installation after two weeks, which has resulted in me having to twice reschedule photos for the home, as well as twice delaying listing the property for sale. And now can't get any response from anyone. There's more to this story re: the incompetencies of the company, and apparently it starts from the top.
