After viewing other projects with WS we were convinced that these were the people we wanted to design and construct our project. The staff was all very personable and knowledgeable at the outset and planning stage.. Our confidence only grew over the period of the project construction. The staff was as professional as one could hope. The communication was ongoing and thorough. The project is now complete and is everything plus much more than we hoped for. As you might imagine there are small items that come to light as we have settled in and the staff continues to make a timely appearance to make adjustments and changes as needed.

We found the experience of working with the William Standen team to very effective in obtaining a result that exceeded our expectations. The entire process from design to final cleanup was efficient and the staff were pleasant and professional. Where we had any questions or concerns the team was responsive and addressed them quickly. The final product was even better than we could have imagined

Overall had a very good experience with the team at William Standen. Very thorough and precise with their project management from start to finish. Patrick and Alannah went over each detail concerning the renovation so there were no surprises at the end. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Had some plumbing issues after renovations was completed; but that was quickly taken care of. Was very happy to see them stand behind their final work. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend their work to others.

I recently moved to Sarnia. I looked at over 20 homes both new and resale. Nordell was this year winner on both value and beauty. The chefs kitchen is to die for and I enjoy cooking and find everything so elegant. I have own new homes before and the Nordell is craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing. I would recommend Nordell to friends and family.

We hired William Standen based on their high quality resume and outstanding reviews. I completed the demo work and WS completed everything else. Their design and challenge was to create a large bathroom feel in a small bathroom space. Our new bathroom meets and exceeds our expectations. Their trades people are fantastic! If you're the kind of person looking for attention to detail than seriously consider WS. William Standen rebuilt our bathroom from the floor joists up giving us solid "bones" to complete the reno. New plumbing/electrical and relocating an existing hot-water radiator into radiant hot water flooring are just a few of the new features. A floating vanity/ built-in medicine cabinets/ radiant towel warmer/ a stand alone tub and walk-in shower help complete our small bathroom renovation. It's very, very nice!

William Standen Co did a complete re-design of our kitchen, as well as installing new flooring in our family room, hallways and main floor bathroom. Our new kitchen design is stunning and has visually opened up our whole main floor, despite the fact that no walls were removed. There is excellent flow, the room is bright and welcoming, and while contemporary, blends in beautifully with the rest of our more traditional home. The ceiling design, lighting, quartz countertops, new upholstered banquette, stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile and hardwood flooring are all beautiful. Cassandra and Patrick are outstanding professionals who have developed an amazing team. They are all professional, personable, highly skilled and motivated, and passionate about their work. They genuinely shared in our excitement as the project came together, and they all worked diligently to ensure the project was completed according to the scheduled timeline. Our designer, Alannah and our construction manager, Paul, were both very attentive to our every question and need, and were resourceful and creative in design solutions. Bob and Alex did an amazing job on our flooring and tiling, and Ryan and Dale did excellent work as well. The electricians, plumbers and painters that worked with the team, were all friendly, polite and did a terrific job. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication to our project. You far exceeded our expectations and we love every aspect of our new space. It is no wonder that Willliam Standen is an award winning company!

Excellent company to deal with.We needed a designer for our kitchen and addition and they were fantastic. Would highly recommend them.

Our home was built in 1995 and the master ensuite bathroom hadn't been touched since. My husband happened to see a newspaper article on William Standen Co. We gave them a call and are so very glad that they could help us. They did a fantastic job of redesigning our bathroom and walk-in closet. Their choices of color and products were perfect and workmanship was also top notch.
