Absolutely would not recommend. If there was a zero star option that is what I would have chosen for a rating. My issues with the services provided by Kurt are similar in nature to the other negative reviews listed below

Kurt Wright has been a nightmare to work with. I don’t know if he was once good at his work, but that is definitely not the case now. I signed a contract with him to remodel the kitchen on a condo that I had recently purchased. He took over 50% in deposit money, claiming that’s what had to be put down for new custom cabinetry. Over the next two months, he made several excuses about why work couldn’t start yet, when he even bothered to get back to me at all. His lack of clear communication at every juncture should’ve been a clue to me. (He never actually did any work, other than taking a few measurements). Eventually, I ended up calling the cabinet maker myself, and found out that no order had ever been placed for my kitchen. A salesperson there told me that he was no longer welcome to do business with them. When I told him via text that I knew what was going on, he had the nerve to tell me that “It’s not as bad as it sounds.” This has really been such an incredibly disappointing introduction to homeownership, and has taught me that it's definitely not enough to trust reviews of a company on just one website. I am now out over $15,700 because of Kurt Wright.

This contractor received payment in full and stopped working before the job was finished. He will not return my calls. He is extremely unprofessional and I would absolutely not recommend him.

I have employed Kurt Wright Remodeling on three separate occasions; for a bathroom, a kitchen, and a general up-dating of baseboards, casements, dropping a ceiling and installing recessed lighting etc. Kurt is very good at problem solving. In situations where another contractor might give up or just take the path of least resistance, Kurt will find a way. I am very particular and I have been happy with his work product.

I engaged Kurt to repair cracks and paint ceilings in my master bedroom and master bath, scrape and paint trim throughout my apartment, re-hang a door and re-grout bathroom tile, and his work on all these projects was excellent, his work completed timely and his prices competitive.

Hired Wright Remodeling LLC to perform a bathroom upgrade. Kurt was professional and very accommodating. As the demolition happened, Kurt found severe water damage where the shower window leaked water into the framing of the house. The mold and mildew was so severe (see pics) that new framing was required to restore the structural integrity. While not a framer by trade, his experience in construction allowed us to continue with his services to complete the job, without hiring an additional contractor, and saving what could have been an enormous amount of money, and schedule. From plumbing to electrical, to tiling, Kurt has the skills and team to perform the job. All in all, we're very happy with the bathroom. Next project will be the Kitchen, and Kurt will be the first person who will be hired to do the job. Highly recommended!

Being in the construction industry myself I expect adherence to the specifications and understanding each other. Working with them, I have never been disappointed. Every Single project is bringing perfect workmanship, which quality is always exceeded my expectations. Excellent company to cooperating.Highly recommended and for sure we would work again.

We have had Kurt Wright guide us through several home improvement projects. We appreciate his professional manner. He is friendly and easy to communicate with. The crews he works with are pleasant and courteous. Most comforting is that he and his crew always keep the work area clean, alleviating some of the stress associated with interior improvements. The finished project is as expected, on time and of excellent quality.

As a Property Manager for a 600-Unit High Rise, we contracted Wright Remodeling for a large Mailbox project. The quality of work done by Kurt and his team was outstanding. They followed the specific rules while working in a residential high-rise, cleaned up their work area on a daily basis and did an extremely good job with the project. On time, and on budget!!! I highly recommend Wright Remodeling for future projects.

Kurt was professional, timely, and took pride in the work he did in our home which included extensive trimwork, a kitchen, and a staircase. He was prompt, worked hard, communicated, and was flexible with last minute changes. We recommend him highly.
