“Constructive Solutions, Inc., completed a beautiful LEED certified home, shop and artist's studio for us in 2010. We are so pleased, not only with the craftsmanship and special considerations in our working relationship, but with the follow up service regarding the workings and settling issues of a new home. Deadlines were met within a reasonable timeframe and communications on change orders were explained in detail. As an artist, it was exciting to be able to see my ideas become reality under Robs direction and my husband's engineering requirements were carried out with great detail. Rob listens well, is a genius of a builder with many innovative, sustainable ideas in his homebuilding ethic and is willing to think out of the box in architectural detailing. “I was the interior designer on this project and worked closely with their project managers and the client. I did most of the work long distance, via the internet, so good communication was essential. Their staff was excellent and the quality of construction exceeded expectations. The resulting project was published in the Big Sky Journal and won an ASID Award (MN chapter). Jerry Locati's style is mainly Western/Rustic, but I'm sure his talents go beyond that and his capabilities are broad. I would recommend them with the highest possible ratings!”

“Nate, and the amazing group of professionals with whom he works, helped us to open up our dark and boring entrance into a bright and welcoming space. He designed a hidden closet disguised by a bookshelf to utilize dead space to store our cleaning supplies (we love showing this to guests!). And made the suggestion that we lay our tiled floor on a diagonal to add a subtle touch of elegance to the hallway. Nate spent the time to listen to our ideas and visions for the space and he utilized his talent, skills and years of experience to design a space that we love; we couldn’t be happier with the way it all came together!”

“Andrew Brechbuhler at Brechbuhler Architects was chosen after an extensive search for an architect to design the remodel of our mountain home in 2009-2010. He displayed a extensive knowledge of construction and design that enabled our project to be completed on time and on budget and through his creativeness we were able to have our dream mountain home. “We live in a home that is more fabulous than we could have ever imagined. After interviewing between fifteen and twenty architectural firms in the western states, we were lucky to work with Tammy and Anne of Frog Rock Design on our new construction project. Sustainable building and living are important to us. We wanted architects who had a similar philosophy and green building design experience. We found a wonderful partnership in Frog Rock Design. Tammy and Anne listened to us closely about our life style, and our ideas about how our home would feel to us on it's completion. They helped us prioritize our wishes and goals. They were enthusiastic and involved. They helped us through the design process, and helped the project stay on track. The end result is a home that is filled with light. We gravitate to each room and space. Construction details leave us feeling good about getting so much of our energy passively from the sun.
