I have use Linda and Luke for my HDB renovation at Punggol Drive. I am impressed by their attention to details, their design concept as well as their full commitment to ensuring that the project went according to plan. Like all new home owners, we have our fears that the end result would differ from what we envision but I am really impressed their initial design drawn was close to what I had in mind and we only made minor changes due to reduce certain cost involve. The process was a tricky one but both Luke and Linda really guided and lend me their expertise when it comes down to purchasing of the home furnishings and fittings. Both my wife and myself are really happy and I am glad that we use their services! Chris

EDL is a supplier of high pressure laminates, including our smart material FENIX NTM, for a couple of LLARK Architect's projects. The creative duo has a great eye for design and details, and are always thoughtful in their use of materials in a space. They are able to communicate and understand their clients' needs well, creating design that surpasses expectations.

After considering several interior designers, I decided to go with LLARK as they are also licensed architects who were able to propose design ideas with a good understanding of the existing unit constraints. As my unit is a small 2 bedroom apartment, they worked closely with me to accommodate my requirements and wish lists. They also managed to use different materials and colours to liven up my place and helped design a customised loft bed for me to be able to fit a long work desk beneath it, effectively letting me have 2 rooms in the space of 1. They are friendly and approachable and guided me through the process with updates. They also managed to work with my budget and kept me updated on cost matters . I love my new place as it feels very lively and suits my lifestyle well. I am very happy with their design!
