“1st Choice Cabinetry is a top notch kitchen remodel company. They have the highest quality work ethic. We wanted a complete kitchen remodel that included structural changes and adding a mudroom. Russell took care of it all for us. He patiently helped us no matter how many changes we made. When the project actually started he provided us with a timeline and kept to it. The site was always cleaned up at the end of the day. Anytime we had questions Russell was prompt in getting back to us. The cabinets are built well and were installed with great care. The complete remodel turned out better than we imagined.”

“I built my home, a Boxwood, with CBH, and it was completed on time in June of 2014. Beginning to end we dealt with knowledgeable, helpful, friendly people. It wasn't work building our home with CBH. It was a fun and exciting experience. We looked forward to handling each next step, guided by their excellent team. When we had questions or concerns we were always promptly met with answers. They always went above and beyond to help us. When we finally completed and moved in it definitely felt like coming home. Highly recommended. These are great folks.”

“I want to let everyone know how wonderful it was working with Mike Hill and CCH. Soon after buying a house, we found out my elderly father would be coming to live with us and needed a first floor bedroom. The house we bought did not have that, but did have two rooms that could be turned into a small master suite. I contacted Mike and from the very beginning he was great to work with. Even rearranging his work schedule to accommodate our time crunch. He listened to what we wanted and needed and made suggestions to help keep the costs down. Mike touched base with us all along the process to let us know how things were progressing and to make sure we were always on the same page. Remodels can be very stressful, but it was a pleasure working with Mike. Most importantly, the finished product is beautiful! After friends tell us how beautiful it is, their next comment is always that it looks as though it was always part of the house and not a remodel. Not sure there is a bigger compliment they could give Mike or us. Thanks Mike. We couldn’t be happier.”

“I had a fairly sizable project that redid all of the exterior of my property. Where I was starting from: The previous owners of the property put in a poorly implemented sprinkler system, didn't maintain it, and didn't add any top soil to the back yard before planting cheap grass. This lead to systemic issues with weeds, being unable to put in plants, shrubs, or even maintain a vast majority of the lawn. In addition, the front walkway from the driveway was cracked, narrow, and uneven. About the project: Completely remove all of the exterior lawn (front, sides, back), weeds, and debris. Widen the driveway the width of the foundation, and demo and replace the front walkway with a wider curved walkway. Add new sprinkler system including a drip line to all shrub and flower bed areas, and add top soil and grading with, lawn (sod), curbing, weed barrier, 3 trees, and 2 decorative retaining walls. Working with Modern Landscaping: They were great to work with, intelligent, and easy to talk to. Their knowledge spanned a considerable collection of actual past work experiences which give them real world examples to draw from when proposing ideas. The team members were polite, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even priced matched a competitor on some of the work. As for the results, the images speak for themselves.”

“We are very satisfied with Idaho Outdoor Kitchen and Pools! Joe and his Team have been very attentive, professional and courteous. From the first "on site" visit appointment, Joe and his lovely assistant Brianna stood out from others by showing good listening skills, helping finding the right product for our size yard and lining up everything we would need to make the process quick and painless. Throughout the process, they were always there: checking on things, making sure his contractors were doing their part, fixing arising problems and issues, and continuing providing support and help to us. We've changed our design few times, and Joe was willing to listen and adjust as needed. He and his team were always there to answer questions and making sure things were moving along. The pricing was fair, and the payments schedule was easy and on time. We would definitely recommend Joe and his crew for any of your pool or remodel needs!”
