Over the years I have worked for CG&S I have always been amazed at the quality of design and meticulous attention to detail that I see. They are precise, punctual and always do what is best for the project and the client. I do believe that honesty and the drive to satisfy the client is what has taken them to the top of their game. Many times as a landscaper I am the last person on site. “Chad, Anne and Glen are the type of individuals you want working for you! They are professional in every way. This team cares about the quality of work during every phase from the bidding of the contract to the last item needing to be done. Anne who does all the bidding is one of the most patient people as this phase is the going back and forth from contrator to customer phase. She never gets irritated with questions, no matter how many you ask! Chad, the owner is as professional as it gets, putting only the highest quality of work to his name. Glen, who does much of the labor is one of the most laid back guys I have ever come across, who does the highest quality of work and he is incredibly trustworty. You never have to worry about any of these guys in your house if you are working. They know what needs to be done and you do not have to worry about any of it getting done correctly. They take great pride in what they do and will correct any issues that may come up as this is part of the remodel process from time to time. The quality of work is surperb. They have remodeled two bathrooms for us and we are incredibly happy with both. We still have a master bath to remodel and would use them again in a heartbeat.”

“My mother and father who are now nearly in their 70’s live in their house where I grew up. Due to a serious leakage in their kitchen under the sink, a lot of moisture seeped into the wood cabinet and ended up going all the way through the wood flooring. Then I thought about one of my friends who had her bathroom renovated last year and since she was happy with the results I thought I would give a call to the people who did her renovation. I called and Ana came over to chat and assess the situation. We found out that my parents had a serious case of mold problem which prompted a full kitchen renovation all the way to the studs. The project took 10 days over the scheduled time to be completed because Mom kept changing her mind about the finishes but Ana was very patient and helpful. My Mom was thrilled with the end result and she said Ana made it a painless experience. I definitely recommend green brick builders.”

Austin is a notoriously difficult environment for homeowners trying to find contractors because investors and large jobs mean most of them will turn down work less than $5,000. But Jose was very prompt and flexible with our needs that changed after he provided a first estimate. He abided by the original estimate and his teams showed up when he said they would. We were very happy with the work and they were transparent and up front about all costs. I would recommend this company to anyone looking at flooring jobs.”

“My biggest problem is finding something I like. It took me almost a year to find these fabulous doors. Then I asked Steven Cannella if they made sige lights. He said no but you can easily put doors in the same opening. Who knew? I never understood side lights or their function and I remembered the days when two doors were beautiful and had function. I took a picture of my home, sent it to Steven and he imposed the doors I had choosen onto the house. It was easy to see the finished product. Much easier than in any store. The doors arrived on time and were delivered professionally. I had fears because my driveway is a diveway but the man that delivered took them right down my diveway with no additional cost and extremely compliant. . I highly recommend this company. Their product is supberb and the staff doesn't forget you!”
