You can really see the difference when they have their own local factory, the wood feels solid and the laminate finishing is very 'swee' (neat). Not like those mass-produced ones that feel like they’ll peel off after two years. My ID Penny was also very steady. Even when I changed my mind last minute about the cabinet colors, they still managed to make it work without making noise. We asked for a lot of 'invisible' storage to hide all our clutter, and they actually pulled it off quite cleverly. Reno sure got some small hiccups here and there one, cannot avoid. But the team was very fast to fix everything and didn't try to 'taichi' the responsibility. Price-wise, I feel it’s very fair for the quality you get.
