“Great experience purchasing on-line from Flooret! We bought Barin Modin Vinyl Plank for the entire downstairs of our house--great product that we have now been living with for over a month. Easy to care for and manages well with our pets and busy life. It looks great--very warm, rich look that is just as elegant as hardwood floors. You won't find a comparable Vinyl Plank product on the market (sorry Karndean). With all LVT flooring be sure to put felt on your "sharp" furniture and vacuum/sweep regularly to avoid small rocks from scratching the floor--small scratches aren't obvious with Modin flooring as it has a very thick wear layer and a super tough finish. The customer service is what put Flooret over the top. The team followed-up with us before, during and after our purchase--they were available to answer questions and made ordering and shipping a breeze. I felt better purchasing from Flooret than buying from a local retailer--transparent and easy process. There is no "middle man" with Flooret products--keeping costs low and ensuring that they stand behind their products. “Last year I tore out my carpeting and went in search of hardwood flooring. I went to a couple places in the area, but I ended up picking National Hardwood. Their showroom & selection was just so much better than the rest. I was able to see each type of floor. They had all different colors & types (solid, engineered, bamboo etc..) But it didn't end there. They had door samples, molding samples and my new weakness... stair parts! They had a great stair case - each step had a different type of tread, balusters & handrail. Plus the sales guys I ended up talking to seemed to really know their stuff. Even though I only was shopping for a new floor...I ended up coming home with a beautiful Brazilian cherry hardwood & new handrails Yippy. I couldn't have been happier.”
