“We have been a customer of Creative Floors over the past eleven years. Most recently, we decided to renovate part of our house and re-floor the rest of the house. Bob Hapka was very helpful in showing us all the alternatives and allowing us to take many samples home for consideration. He provided a very competitive price for materials and installation. Bob was very responsive in person, over the phone and even with email as we made our choices and scheduled the installation. We have completed the first phase of the flooring. The installers from Creative Floors showed up on time, did a very professional job and thoroughly cleaned up all work debris before they left. The finished product, a luxury vinyl plank called COREtec, looks great. Creative Floors also provided the porcelain tile that was used for our new bathroom and shower. Because of the continued good service and products we have enjoyed from Creative Floors, we are now busy selecting the flooring for the remaining areas of our home. It is a 20-minute drive from our house to Creative Floors and we pass many flooring stores along the way, but it is worth the drive to get service and prices that exceed our expectations.”

“Sean with Ability Flooring came to our house and gave us a great education about tiles, flooring in general and the process of putting in new floors. The installer, another Sean, did a great job. He was polite, cleaned up after himself and it was clear was not cutting any corners. If it took more time to do it right then he would take more time! We were getting quotes from another tile person, but that person wasn't getting back to us and we would have to hired different people to do demo and to move and re-install the toilet. Ability Flooring was a little more expensive, but it was SO MUCH EASIER dealing with them and they could handle all aspects of our project. Great experience!”
