“Not only did Spiffy Spools produce a beautiful roman shade for me, but they provided excellent customer service. I had originally order my shade with a ribbon border, this is a significant up charge. Their designers didn't think the color and pattern layout matched with the ribbon. They carefully laid it all out and emailed me photos so I could make an informed decision. I choose to leave it off. They fully credited me for the border. The shade is significantly better without it and I am so glad they spoke up. Upon install they quickly responded to my emails with questions and were always friendly! I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.”

“The service and attention to detail provided by Risby Taylor Interiors was incredible. How they managed to pull off such a fantastic service during a pandemic is nothing but astonishing. I did not think it possible to be able to view such a range of fabrics and have such support all while being completely covid safe. Paige discussed every little detail with me when I needed her to. She wasn’t at all pushy and just supported me through my thinking and my needs. She even indulged me in having tiny cushions made for the children’s chairs and got the proportions exactly right even though I was vague and useless! Then when it came to measuring we had the pleasure of both Paige and Richard - what a fabulous and hard working couple! Richard worked so efficiently. I was amazed how easy he made it all look! I was so impressed and would recommend them above anyone else I’ve ever used. I can’t thank them enough, the curtains utterly transform the room. They enhance our botanical/colonial theme and give a luxurious look and feel. They did so well I recommended them to my mother, and she is having them fit curtains for her now.”

“Natalie did the whole of my father-in-law's bungalow and we were very impressed with the quality of her work. We have a Grade 2 listed cottage in Suffolk and asked Natalie to quote to renew the curtains throughout. She was a most helpful person who gave us excellent advice and went to endless trouble to make sure we had a wide range of materials and designs. In the end we asked her to do the job and were delighted with the result. Her attention to detail was terrific and we were completely happy with everything she produced. We would recommend her without hesitation.”

“I would highly recommend Nowest. I have used their services twice so far for my house. “We were very pleased with the service we received from Diamond Shutters. The quote was very reasonable and the quality of the shutters is excellent. The salesman was very knowledgable and not in the slightest pushy. When I spoke to the office staff they were cheery and very helpful. I was told it would be 7/9 week delivery and would be contacted to arrange installation. Very helpful that they could install on a Saturday so didn't need to take time off work. The guys fitted the shutters quickly and left every room spotless. Five year guarantee too. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Best awnings ever. Thanks RA!! So I hardly ever write reviews – it’s just not really my thing but I felt really compelled to write one for RA Awnings because they just did a bang-up job. You know how it is when people are super professional but also kind of friendly too, well yeah, those guys are like that. Me and my wife decided that we really wanted a retractable awning for our patio so we could spend more time outside without getting burned to a crisp. We chose RA Ultra Luxe in the end (even though the other options were nice too) and man, we couldn't be any happier! The awning just looks awesome and is kind of high tech too with angle changes for optimal shade and fancy LED lights for evenings. Super cool. The team that came to install were great. Showed up on time, didn't leave a mess and just really professional. And the awning itself? What a game changer! No exaggeration, our patio just feels more comfortable and looks great too. We’ve actually started spending more time outside and our friends have given us some really nice compliments. For a luxury buy the awning offers value for money when you consider the durability and peace of mind that comes with the 5 year guarantee. Anyway, that's the end of my rant haha. Just wanted to say a big shout out to the RA team. You guys did a solid job and we love our new awning. Highly recommend these folks if you’re needing something like this.
