After reading good reviews on Houzz, I got in touch with Softhome and received very prompt response and assistance. The service rep. Yong Sheng arrived at our home with a wide variety of curtain fabric and blind samples. We appreciated his honest inputs when we queried him on which material would suit our needs most (i.e. black-out curtains vs faux wood PVC blinds vs real timber blinds) and he didn't try to hard sell. Once our house was ready for the curtain & blinds installation (for whole house - we live in an EM), he promptly arranged a date and it was completed within a week. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship. We highly recommend Softhome for your window decor needs!

We engaged SOFTHOME to install curtains and blinds for our whole house.
Yong Sheng was very patient and provided great advice on which type curtains and blinds to choose. His advice comes after understanding our requirements (We had some feng shui requirements), house design and choice of paint colours and furnishing.
We also had a packed schedule because we wanted our house to be "ready to move in" right after our marriage. Yong Sheng and his team did not disappoint meeting our timeline. Nothing was delayed unlike most renovation works. He was very prompt when we contacted him with regards to any queries.
Installation was swift and fast; their installer Alan and JH are very experienced and knew exactly what to do. There was no need to contact them to rectify any installation defect. It has been 1 year since we installed our curtains and blinds. Everything functions perfectly like when it was newly installed.
There were also no pushy sales like what we encountered at some group buys. Overall, we are very satisfied with Yong Sheng and his team. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for curtains are blinds.

It was my first time installing blinds and Yong Sheng gave me really useful suggestions. He answered all our questions patiently and explained and recommended us the blinds that suited our needs. The blinds were ready within 2 weeks and the installers, Alan and JD were prompted in installing the blinds. They finished within 30 minutes. I would strongly recommend them!

This is my first time installing blinds for my home and it has been really great. Yong Sheng was very patient and helpful and explain to us the different types of blinds. Very professional service provided and I would definitely recommend softhome to my friends. The installers Alan and Jh were both really patient too.

Having read some positive review of this company on Houzz, I decided to call the company for a quotation. I was renovating a 4-bedroom condo and needed quite a lot of window covering. Yong Sheng came onsite and provided many options and solutions. He is very experienced and super pleasant to work with. We were going with a vintage bathroom look so wanted the bathroom blinds to match the vintage style. He custom made a blind with lace trim and scalloped edge. My daughter also wanted curtain with traditional embroidery. Even though Yong Sheng did not carry this type of fabric he sourced it for us and we were super happy with what he had found for us. As our renovation progressed, some aspect of the design changed and affected certain windows. He came for the 2nd time to double check the measurement just to make sure the design change would not affect the curtain. Just before installing the bathroom blinds, we decided to reverse the direction of the shower door opening. This affected the already made blinds and Yong Sheng took it back to have it shortened. All these were done with no compliant and no additional cost to the original quoted price. We were super impressed with Yong Sheng’s professionalism and his genuine willingness to help and would absolutely work with this company again in the future.

I gave a tight timeline for SOFTHOME to install my blinds, but they were able to deliver and the blinds were installed nicely.
During the selection process the boss showed me a huge catalogue of screens. He gave good advice on the texture and permeability of the screens.
Overall I am very happy with the installation. Efficient installation and good value for money!

My wife and I have been deliberating on whether to get wallpaper to create a different ambience for our room but have been disappointed with the selections out in the retailers. When we saw the Japanese series on SOFTHOME's fb page, we knew immediately that we wanted it because the design was exactly what we were looking for. When Yong Sheng came down for the measurements, we were amazed by the extensive collections of wallpaper that he had. To top it off, he was generous in providing advice on our wallpaper choices so that it can help us make our room cozier.
Installation was done both meticulously and efficiently. The installer even covered up the furnitures close to the wall to prevent any accident from happening. There was also no gaps at any point, even very narrow corners between the window grills and the walls (less than 5mm) was covered.
All in all, I am very impressed with the wealth of design choices and installation done. Will certainly recommend SOFTHOME to any and everyone who is looking to move away from the conventional painted walls to create a different ambience in your house.

Prices matters when we are considering between Softhome and others, but what's make us select Softhome eventually is the service (pre and post) and experience. An enjoyable experience during our engagement with Yong Sheng (e.g not pushy, show professionalism in walking us through the products which best suits us) - you gotta experience it yourself.
More importantly is the post service follow up that he did which left us greatly satisfied and left us wondering that more of our family/friends should engage Softhome.
