“Todate it has been a 10 month journey with ID Tricia since we 1st met up in Yang's Inspiration Design Office in Sept 2024. We decided to sign up with Tricia as we felt her pleasantness and her knowledge of work, in addition to the fact that Yang's is a Casetrust company. Tricia took time and patience in listening to our ideas, walked us through the design concept, made interesting and useful proposals without forcing them upon us. We adopted some of her interesting proposals. She would make changes willingly in accordance to our wishes. During the whole renovation period we did not have to worry as Tricia was fully involved in the whole process, including liaising directly with installer of airconditoners and blinds, and even arranged for the deliveries of various equipments as needed. She was responsive to messages even on weekends. When the work by the contractor did not meet up to her standard she ensured that it was re-done to her satisfaction, as such we were totally chilled when the completion of the bifold wooden door was delayed. As we settled into our new home we would like to say : "Thank you Tricia for a stress free journey."”
